Breakfast and staff were excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable, so no faults. I was very impressed and thought it was good value for money.

We were told that building works would finish on 31st March. Our stay was 13th April to 15th April. Building works were still taking place on Friday 14th April. It was difficult to read in our room during that afternoon.

Nice hotel. Very close to the Xmas Market. Staff were very nice and spoke very good English. We used their underground carpark and that was only €15 per night, plus they allowed me to leave the car till 3 pm even though we needed to be out of the room by 12. Our rooms were bright and clean. Maybe on the small side but they were fine for what we needed. Bathroom was modern and very hot water. Breakfast had lots of choice in the morning. Overall, I would deffo stay here again Very good value for the money.

Fab location with metro stations close by, but also within easy walk to old town which we really enjoyed. Offers basic continental breakfast which was adequate 7am start great for us early risers..hotel location was lovely and quiet so had good nights sleep in comfortable beds..rooms not overly spacious but we didn't find it an issue.

Bathroom was clean...only issue was worried about slipping in shower as did not feel flooring was anti-slip proof enough...could do with grab rail on wall to ensure safety of getting out...not too keen on toilet door being frosted and had a gap too so didn't fully fit the opening.

Hotel was very close to downtown and easily walkable to get to most of the major attractions in the city. Staff was very helpful and friendly, our dogs were more than welcome and treated so very well. Breakfast was incredible, more than enough selection for even the most difficult of dietary needs. For the price, the room was astonishingly clean, super comfortable beds and one cannot forget to mention the large and updated shower. Wow! Certainly a wonderful experience for me, this is my third trip to Lille and my absolute favorite hotel out of all of them.

Hotel is located close to downtown but also fairly close to an area of the city which might not be for everyone. At some point it appeared to homeless men were fist fighting outside the hotel, but security handled it very well and promptly.

The standard was about what I would expect of a Holiday Inn Express. It has parking and not too far to walk in to town. Friendly staff. Good to have parking.

The location to the town is good but the actual area is a bit rough and wouldn't want to walk along the road alone at night. The hotel was fairly clean but the bathroom needs some attention. The toilet was mainly clean but lots of brown scale in the toilet pan and hair in the shower from previous occupant. The car park is secure but access is very tight so would not wish to risk entering the car park with a larger car.

Very Comfortable Room ... Breakfast was usual continental .. Location was PERFECT.. Right on the edge of the Braderie de la Lille with stalls outside the front door. City Centre just a very short walk. We arrived at hotel as planned just before the roads were being closed for the Braderie and was able to use the Hotel Car Park ,

Great stay with really lovely staff. I'm an electric wheelchair user and booked the adapted room. It was great, plenty of room for me to move in my chair. The bathroom was great too with the shower chair on the wall.

The access into the garage to the lift has a small step, it's also very narrow which made it a bit hard sometimes to get over the step in my chair. Also the toilet in the bathroom is very low, a raised toilet seat would make it a lot more comfortable.

Great location. Excellent can do staff at all hours of the day and night. Superb for short and long business stays.

The only thing is wardrobe/closet space to hang clothes. The clothes hanging rail is only 12 inches long. There is one small clothes shelf above the rail. Not clothes friendly for long stays (in my case 3 weeks on business).

Reception desk & staff very welcoming. Garage at the hotel, good rate - cannot book the parking space in advance, you must be lucky at your arrival. Very good internet connection Location great. Lots of restaurants around, for all taste. Safe at night. Walking distance to Vieux Lille, Marché de Lille, Centrum, Citadelle, train stations, etc. + metro station nearby. Room (quiet), bed comfortable, clean, can open window for fresh air Tasty breakfast and coffee. Little Library on site

The breakfast was ok. I would recommend to offer more of the whole grain bread. All food was nice and tasty. I loved your apple muse and the passion fruit juice! They were really nice . Just to inform you about this small matter - I am Polish and have noticed that on your crockery collection trolleys there is a spelling mistake in the word “thank you” in Polish language . The correct word is „Dziękuję” , not „Dziehuje”.
