The location of this hotel is perfect for travellers using Eurostar. It is a short walk into the centre of Lille although possibly too long a walk if you have mobility issues. The best thing about the hotel was the level of customer service from the staff. Every member of staff that we interacted with had excellent English and did everything they could to deal with our questions and issues.

We did have misunderstandings over why our room hadn’t been cleaned and part of the problem might have been linked to the flipping over over the notice asking to clean/do not disturb placed on the door. Our friend who was in an executive double had her room cleaned and restocked each day which we didn’t.

So close to Station so very convenient when my train got cancelled last minute. Very friendly helpful staff Good Gym and very comfy bed. Super clean Really sound proof. Could not hear any of the traffic outside except the odd siren.

No vegan meals 😒 Bathroom ok when on own but all glass walls so bit goldfishbowl. If you are sharing a twin with family member of someone you dont know very well. Double check that you dont have a glass bathroom ot jjerwise Youll get to know each other very quick! Although frosted in most parts its still not private.

We booked a family room (one double bed and a sofa-bed) for 2 adults and 2 kids. They gave us for the same price instead of 2 double rooms with joining door in order to be more comfortable. Beds were very comfy. Breakfast was great with big variety: sweet, salty, cereals, fruits. Everything you need.

The bathroom has a kind of window with milky glass that does to the room. When you go to the bathroom and switch on the light, it gets hell in the room too. We don't like this because it can wake up the person who is sleeping every time the other one needs to go to the bathroom.

Great staff and friendly service. Excellent breakfast.

Air conditioner was not properly working in my unit. It was working but no cool air was blowing. Just was too lazy to request new room.

The squeeze bottles in the bathroom are very difficult to use if one has any issues with one's grasp. This is particularly true for older travelers. Perhaps there should be some alternative available. Maybe call the desk for other supplies?

The best bed I've ever slept in! Room and bathroom were spotless and had great facilities. A delight! Easy access for travelling on Eurostar to the UK. Directly opposite the station.

Good value , very comfortable beds, a retro feel but extremely comfortable for price point . A bath which is almost unheard of these days in hotels! Twin beds great. . Great window over mature trees and a sky panorama window.

Poor degraded carpet but v clean . Basic furniture. But entirely adequate.

The location was great. Next to the train station and a couple of minutes walk from the town centre.

We would have preferred separate duvets on the bed. The corridors were rather dark. There wasn't a lot of vegan options at breakfast. Please add a few vegan spreads and offer a choice between oat and soya milk. A few small changes make a big difference

The room was warm, the bed was comfortable and there were added extras such as bottled water and tea and coffee making facilities which was an unexpected bonus.

The dried milk supplied with the tea and coffee was off. We popped out and bought a bottle of milk to use instead.

The location is perfect. Took the Eurostar and arrived quite late. No hassles at all with the journey as it’s in front of the Lille Europe station. The hotel is near the city centre so there’s no need to pay for public transport. Everything is reachable by walking. Breakfast is good and love the pastries/bread. Comfy beds.
