Breakfast had plenty of options and had a nice atmosphere. Room was clean and well stocked with towels, bathmat etc. Central location allowing a nice easy walk from the train station. Would definitely consider staying again.

One of the lifts were out of order, which made waiting for the only operational lift a little bit long. Honestly, we didn't really mind considering we were only staying for one night but we could understand it could be annoying for other guests staying long term.

I liked the parking; it's in the same building with an elevator. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the nice, relaxing music at the reception. Additionally, the hotel's location is excellent, next to the Polygon shopping mall, LaFayette, and the downtown tourist hub, Place de la Comédie. You'll find plenty of cafes, restaurants, and boutiques in the vicinity. It's also just a 10-minute walk from Peyrou and the Arc de Triomphe."

There was only 1 big towel per person! instead of 1 medium + 1 big.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, comfortable and spacious and there was a good selection for breakfast. There was a good, working AC in the room that was definitely needed with the hot weather. The location was very convenient once you figure out where the entrances are, right at the centre with lots of restaurants nearby.

The main entrance to reception was difficult to find with Google Maps, there is not much signage for it in the busy areas either as you have to go around the building to find it. I would have liked some information sheet in the room on things like breakfast times, if there was room service, where to find things, etc.

The location was the star here. It is very close to the mall, the square and metro and public transportation. Has a good parking garage that links directly to the hotel. It has a Carrefour just at the ground level and several restaurants at a truly short walk. It was an excellent location to explore both the city, on foot and public transportation, and drive through the incredibly beautiful south of France. By the way, I almost forgot, the room, the beds and the bathroom were par for the course.

excellent location just off the main square of the old town centre. grocery store downstairs open 7 days a week and a shopping centre 100m away with larger grocery and drug store and clothing etc. lots of restaurants in the area and the main train station is a close walk away. our room had a sofa along with the double bed

no mini bar and the air conditioning was not available but the windows open for fresh air.

We stayed for one night before we departed for Bordeaux and I wish I stayed longer. It had plenty of space, helpful and friendly staff, and was very comfortable. The hotel is located just outside the center of the city, which in turn made all the main attractions of the city easily accessible and within walking distance. There's also a major shopping center directly opposite the building and a plaza with great food variety and gelato.

The room was quiet, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was OK with the usual choice of food - ham, cheese, pastries, fresh bread, 4 different cereals, yogurt and fruit, together with orange and apple juice and a choice of special teas and coffees. The receptionist was very cheerful and spoke excellent English.

The bathroom towels were a little thin and worn.

Location was good, bathroom needs work. Curtains had holes in them. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was OK..fairly basic. Some days they had scrambled egg, sausages and bacon..some days no scrambled egg.

Room needed some attention No refrigerator in the room

We enjoyed our stay at ibis. Great location, meters away from a shopping center and Place de la Comedie. Friendly staff, good sized rooms. We booked the sofa for the little one and this was premade and super simple to unpack. Breakfast was good, continental so nothing over-the-top. Initially we had an issue with noise from the nearby gym but they moved us straight away as soon we complained. Overall happy with our stay at ibis.

No major complaints however during our stay the one lift was not working and they have no alternative stair option so everyone was forced to wait for the one lift. During breakfast time (9-11am) this would lead to long waits for the lift to arrive. Not a major problem, just a slight inconvenience really.

Location is in the center is nice, convenient. Access to get to the parking was challenging to find as it's narrow roads /entrances. Elevator worked but one of them had a tendency to stop/hang at the second floor. Stores and places to eat right outside. Price of parking is high but discounted through the hotel, I believe we paid 14€ for 24 hours and then some additional charge because we were late. We were able to check in early as we arrived around 8h (after a 10h drive) even though I asked only for a place to change. Obviously getting a room to freshen ourselves and the kids up was nicer.

Elevator is small and not everyone was consistently wearing a masks so that did bother me.. Cleaning could be done a bit more detailed (wall sockets, pipes in bathroom).
