The human team! Alexandra was awesome, friendly and her tips for visiting the city were great. Always with a smile she is great asset for the hotel! Breakfast was very good including the fresh squeezed orange juice, the home made madeleines and the carrot cake! Location is handy, close to the city historical center, walking distance from the Place de la Comedie.

Bathrooms are quite small and not very comfortable as there is no door to the bedroom but just a curtain, so no privacy.

Perfectly located in a safe area near the city center. Can walk everywhere easily. I felt like everything was clean and the lobby & breakfast area are very appealing. Its perfect for anyone looking for a central, clean, basic and affordable room in montpellier.

Could have more english tv channels :)

Clean room. location very close to the city, but hard to find the entrance.

Cute but very small double room with tiny bathroom. for two who are not a couple not very convenient. No Wi-Fi at all which is extremely strange for 2022. Staff at the reception at the check-in and check-out was very arrogant. At check-in girl was eating sandwich.

Breakfast was way to expensive for what you get. the bread was dry, coffee was cold, and the juice was warm. They never stocked up when they were out. An example of this was that they didn’t have any vegetarian options for putting on bread, due to being out of fresh cheese and jam. Just overall very unhappy with the breakfast. They were also out of regular coke. When coming to their bar/restaurant on my last day, it was filled with dirty dishes and glasses. Which was disgusting. Lastly, the staffs english abilities were absolute garbage. Which in my opinion shouldn’t be a problem when working at a hotel.

Cheap easy stay for the night - staff were nice, everything was clean.

Thought it was closer to the train station but with a suitcase it was a bit of a trek up and down stairs

The room was small, hot, with almost no closet. But the worst thing was the bathroom, which was really small and with NO door, just a curtain, which means no privacy and comfort at all

Having no door for the toilet, but only a curtain, takes some getting used to - especially when you're traveling with friends and not your partner
