Breakfast was lovely !! But not much choice or variety each day to day

Same things every day no variety and not much choice for breakfast When rooms were turned down they didn’t remove dirty cups just left them in the side each day. One staff member was very rude and didn’t feel like she wanted to help she just seemed understaffed and made this our problem rather than hers. Wouldn’t let us use the pool/sauna at 8pm when it didn’t say anywhere what the opening / closing times were of the pool. Rude about this - think she just didn’t want to bother opening the small cover for us. One younger girl was lovely and really helpful and kind.

Excellent location for the ski lifts and the town. A lovely traditional hotel. We had a family room between 2 (there were no other rooms available when we booked) which was large and immaculately clean with lots of hanging space. The bar area was comfortable and relaxing. There is a heated outdoor pool with views of the mountains. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Check in and check out were easy and the information provided before we arrived was very useful. Everyone was friendly and helpful and we had an amazing stay. There is a shuttle bus to the lifts which avoids the uphill walk! We will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was great. This is a 3 star hotel and admittedly the rooms are basic & small, however they are kept clean. The dining area & lounge / bar are very comfortable & spacious. The hotel has more of a large chalet vibe which we enjoyed rather than a large hotel where it takes ages to get around from place to place. We felt so comfortable we took slippers to sit in front of the fire. The staff were very helpful & super friendly making it an amazing holiday. We will 100% be coming back here. Location is superb as well, 500m from super morzine lift, 600m from the square, shops & restaurants, a little further to the Pleny lift.

Really cosy hotel. Lovely breakfast with hot and cold options as well as gluten free. The sauna, outdoor heated pool and games room were a bonus (table tennis and two table football machines). Lots of books in the comfy lounge / bar area. Bathroom was a good size and nice to have a balcony. Very close to a supermarket and short stroll into town centre and main gondolas or take the free bus that runs from 7am until 10pm every few minutes. Bus P stops about 200m from hotel on Rte de La Plagne and goes straight to Pleney gondola where you can change onto the A bus that goes every 7 minutes to the Prodains (Avoriaz Express) gondola.

Twin room was really right for space with barely enough room to walk around the beds but plenty of room downstairs in bar/lounge area to relax.

The hotel was super! Very pleasant, friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble! Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety every morning. Ski storage areas was great. Pool and sauna were fab! Games room (table tennis) was an additional bonus. The lounge/bar area was very relaxing lots of books to borrow and read or board games to play if desired. Room was lovely and cosy and having a balcony was a bonus. Location was fantastic, within metres of two super canle cars to access slopes and all shops/bars/restaurants. We will definitely be returning to Fleurs des Neiges and Morzine!

Maybe tea and coffee making facilities in rooms but drinks were easily accessible from the bar.

We really enjoyed our stay here for a week. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room on the top floor was very spacious and had a great view of the town and the mountains. There was plenty of space for our family and the place was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was of a good standard and had a wide variety of options too.

The elevator didn't go to the top floor, so we had to carry suitcases up one flight of stairs. This wasn't a problem for us, but it might be for some people.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed, comfortable and at home. Louise and Delphine couldn’t do enough for us and we are extremely great full. It was such a wonderful atmosphere and on speaking to other guest they return every year and all know each other which goes to show how amazing it is. There was a fantastic fresh selection for breakfast everyday and was very tasty. The pool was a bonus especially in the heatwave we had!! We will 100% return and would highly recommend to family and friends 😁

The atmosphere was great, the minute we walked in I knew we had booked the right place. The lady at the front desk was so kind. The rooms had everything we needed and the sheets were really high quality. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. I loved the breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. It is located within easy walking distance to town, in a kind of Villa area, so it is quiet and pretty. Lots of parking at the hotel. There are 2 lifts in town but we drove down the road a bit further to take the gondola up to Avoriaz.

Great breakkie, comfortable beds, great atmosphere and fantastic smiling service from everybody working there. Proper homemade delishious cakes made by the grandmother of the family running the place. Super flexible and tries to help in any way possible. Highly recoomend

Pool unfortunately stopped working, and the wifi coverage/speed could be better but everything else was really great 👍

Our room was upgraded to a larger room, possibly because it was a quiet part of the season. The room was much larger and had more than we needed. The wood made it feel very cozy and homely. The breakfast was pretty good.

The toilet had a bad smell to it, even after it was cleaned. We kept the door closed so it didn’t bother us too much.
