very pleasant hotel in a good location about 20 minutes walk to the town center . excellent swimming pool

no air con in the room in a heat wave. restaurant is closed in the summer

The hotel met all our expectations - friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious bedroom, quiet hotel , great location for 10min walk into centre, helpful and friendly ski hire, easy lift pass purchase at hotel, ski and boot warmer room and lovely steam room and sauna for end of day. Free Avoriaz bus A outside for getting to/for Prodanns bubble daily and access to Port de Soleil. Beautifully presented family run hotel. Would highly recommend.

Stayed as a family of eight in four different rooms, this hotel is absolutely amazing. The food, the staff, the hotel were fabulous. The Hotel has a relaxed, warm, stylish cosy atmosphere and has a button lift outside to the Plenty lift. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, it has everything you need for s superb ski holiday. The food is fabulous - perfect home made delicious meals. I can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful designed and decorated. Family run with such care. Sensational food and high level breakfast for a 3 star hotel ( don't miss the home made smoked salmon...and champagn on sunday morning !). Very good valuefor money.

We did not understand why this hotel is not classified 4 stars .....apparently it is the choice of the owner who prefer a relaxed and family atmosphere.

The property owners / managers were very helpful and kind upon our arrival. The room was larger than I expected with modern shower and toilet. Very clean, too. The room was in traditional Alpine chalet style which we expected. Restaurant was very good with reasonable set menu for the evening and good selection of breakfast (although the coffee machine broke down). There was a compact size heated swimming pool if you have time from ski. Around the hotel, there are several places where you can sit and relax and reading books or tablet, etc. It was a bit of a walk to the ski lift but the distance was manageable. At the hotel, there's a room to change into your ski gears and leave the boots on heated shoe racks. A small parking in fron of the property. In all, I think it's a very well designed hotel for skiers with good facilities and excellent staff. I highly recommend this hotel in Morzine :-)

Excellent location, close to the lifts, very central and quiet. Very friendly owners and staff. Beautiful decorated, very clean and great facilities. Highly recommended this to anyone visiting Morzine.

breakfast and dinner excellent. delicious selection of food in the morning and a 4 course dinner every evening.

Our friends booked with Crystal holidays and paid considerably less. However, we were given an upgrade in room which was nice. friends also paid less for ski passes.

Quality of the food at dinner was excellent. Friendly staff, great location and the indoor/outdoor pool was a real bonus since the weather was not good during our stay (non-stop rain)! The family room was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children.

Beds were not very comfortable, especially the children's single beds. Expensive for a 3 star hotel although it was peak season.

Sadly the room above us had selfish people staying in it who couldn’t work out that other people would be sleeping at 2am . Also deciding to move their room around and run about like they were chasing a cat

Comfortable and convenient. Good safe parking for bikes. Close to bike hire and lifts. Pool good at end of day.
