Exceptional staff who went out of their way to help us and accomodate and special requests. Great breakfast in a very relaxed style and nothing was too much bother for any of the staff. The room was comfortable with a fantastic shower and a lovey balcony to the rear of the property with a distant mountian view. There is a lovey swimming pool jacuzzi sauna, pool table, kids play area and no doubt loads of other stuff that we didnt get an opportunity to see or use. We couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough and special mentions have to go to Jean and Thomas and the young guy on Recption who's name we unfortunatly didn't get.

The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. They helped with a lot of little extra stuff. We could charge our electric car for free which has become rare even in 5 stars hotels. Breakfast was great. Décoration pays attention to détails and the play rooms for children are fantastic.

Super professional and full-time cleaning of the hotel. Not even 5 Stars -) hotels Bar with loving and super attentive staff. Invite to stay... Restaurant, fabulous and also super well attended. Price quality more than fair. Parking in front of the Hotel. Place to wash the bicycles and garage with CCTV cameras. It is super central and close to everything. Thank you all!

The staff were wonderful - went above and beyond to help. We were staying in the hotel with my mother who has dementia and when she went missing on two occasions, they let me know and helped me locate her. It was exceptionallly thoughtful. The gym and pool and spa were great and very clean. And the food was fabulous - we loved our dinners and the breakfasts were super. The hotel mixologist/bar man remembered our drinks orders which made our visit feel personable, and the team on reception and in the restaurant and on housekeeping were very courteous and helpful.

I can’t think of anything except maybe more seeds and berries at breakfast.

Great location in Morzine, short walk into town, relaxing, comfortable large room and exceptional shower! Breakfast is varied with options to suit everybody and the staff very accommodating and knowledgeable.

There were 2 families/friends that could not control their behaviour or their children's in the pool and public areas, no respect for others staying in the hotel - it did detract from the overall stay but it is in no way a reflection on the service/facilities or staff at the hotel - (some people are just ignorant!)

We left it very late to book and really Hotel Neve was our only option and as I was organising for some friends who are used to a certain level of accommodation I did worry but my worries were unfounded as the Hotel the staff the facilities everything was 5 star..!! Simply could not have been better and super value for money..!! And then the food... absolutely delicious..!!!

The WiFi could have been better, but the hotel was full and if you could use at off peak times it was ok.

It’s a 5* hotel masquerading as a 3*, it’s superb. Great location, fantastic bar area, great food, super staff who are really helpful and accommodating, comfy rooms, lovely showers, gorgeous views, so clean and really enjoyable to come back to after a day out hiking and cycling. The spa and pool looked incredible, we didn’t get time to try, but will 100% be back.

The only thing, it’s a small thing, aircon would be a bonus in the summer months, the room was warm even with the doors open, but that’s so small, it didn’t take away from the enjoyment of the stay.

Everything was first class. A fantastic, stylish and family centric hotel. The staff were so helpful and provided a high-level of care - way beyond my expectations. We ate in the restaurant and the food was first class and absolutely delicious. Its a family owned hotel and its really obvious that the team really care about their customers.

I am struggling to think of anything. Everything was so, so brilliant. Maybe the bed was slightly too firm. I personally like a softer bed, but I am being really, really picky.

This small family run hotel has just been completely refurbished and has been in the same families hands since the 1960’s. The decoration is tasteful, the pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, gym area and therapy room is amazing in such a small hotel. I also have to mention that we ate in several very good restaurants while in Morzine. On one occasion we decided to eat in the hotel and I must say it was one of the best meals, if not the best!

Nothing! The staff were excellent and accommodated us on every occasion. We have decided that if there is still snow around in April we will return for a few days skiing and we will stay at the Neve’

Beautiful hotel, interior has a lot of style. Staff very friendly and happy to help. Location is excellent, short walk into town. Facilities are new and the spa is fantastic after a day on the slopes.

It would be good if the spa stayed open a little later, as it shuts at 8 and can leave with you minimal time once back from skiing/bars. The hot tub could also do with being a few degrees warmer. But overall, excellent stay.
