The room was as described, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and someone was always available to answer any questions we had. The breakfast was really good, I couldn't fault it as there were so many options available.

The suana was very small, but this information was already shared. The suana comfortably fits about 4 people. The pool was a good temperature and decent size, but the pool tiles looked a little dirty, which didn't stop me from using it, though:)

In terms the hotel it was only B&B but both were superb. The room was not large but fine for me (double bed) and balcony overlooking the Supermorzine gondola and views of the mountain. Lovely staff and exceptionally clean and thoughtful. Breakfast options stellar. Scrambled eggs fresh bacon 3 varieties of bread, fruit yoghurt, muesli dried fruits croissants jams cheeses, ham, beans, pancakes etc etc.

I guess I would have liked a couple more plug points to charge phone laptop etc. The only plug I easily accessed was the fridge. I also had a small kettle appear only about 10 days into my stay but that was a very small issue. Had I requested one I have absolutely no doubt I would have got one - the staff were superb.

Central location, easy to walk into village for meals. Friendly staff, very comfortable beds with a good view. Great breakfast. Nice pool. It was a really great place to stay

The separate toilet was welcome but small and the fan didn’t work- so without being too crude- it wasn’t always very welcoming! Also no window or other means of ventilation . Our data plan was limited and so was relying upon WiFi, which was pretty slow and had limited coverage. Small things! We had a fab time thank you.

Perfect location, just a few minutes from either lift to start your day. Lovely staff. The covered heated pool was a great bonus, as was the sauna. Rooms were of a good size, modern refurbished bathrooms, along with housekeeping each day. Breakfast were lovely, not a never ending choice of food but spot on for what was needed. Reception were also kind enough to store our bags on the last day. Can't fault the hotel, would definitely return and will recommend to others.

The hotel is kept very clean. The breakfast is self-service and there was a good selection of hot and cold choices. The lady who serviced the rooms was an absolute delight, especially after I injured myself, bringing my ice and showing genuine concern. The hotel is simply furnished, but very Cicely done, the sauna and pool where great too. Its in a good location, close to the village and the ski lifts and very good value for money.

Fantastic location and really friendly staff. A great base for all our walks. Breakfast terrace was very pretty and the pool a decent temperature. Beds were comfy. The table tennis was a bonus! This hotel is part of the multi pass scheme which made it great value for money.

Rooms probably need updating fairly soon. The toilet/bathroom configuration didn't work very well and the soundproofing was limited. The key fobs heavy and awkward. Our carpet kept getting stuck in the balcony door.

Rooms fantastic , shower lovely, room really warm n cosy , very clean . Cleaner every day . Balcony with lovely view . Did bed n breakfast . Great choices at breakfast , lovely coffee, peaceful breakfast room , with beautiful views across the valley . There is small pool and sauna , but didn’t use as we enjoy being out in mountain air and skiing as much as possible . But nice to have the option .

Nothing we didn’t like

The breakfasts were pretty good, typical continental with a couple of hot items including the Boil Your Own Egg challenge (which was fun). The bar was pleasant and useful for a pre-dinner drink, which has to be somewhere else as hotel is B&B only (not a hardship though). Proximity to town and lifts is a plus point.

Seemed a little quiet around the hotel, which some may well view as a plus point!

The rooms were lovely - recently renovated by the looks of it and everything was clean and modern, including the sauna which we used a few times. The pool was nice and fairly warm - fine if you actually want to do a few lengths but a touch too cold just to float around in for more than 5 mins (in my opinion). Breakfast buffet was simple but perfect for us - decent options and everything was covered and clean. Location is ideal for both of the main ski lifts and very central in the town - all of the restaurants are within a 10min walk basically. The staff were also exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Despite turning both radiators off completely after a very warm first night, we did find the rooms still rather warm and mostly slept with the door or window open. Also there are 3 square pillows on the bed instead of the regulation 2 rectangular ones… a bit impractical to be honest.

perfect location 2min cycle to the ski lift for super morzine/ pleny absolutely amazing for biking huge safe and secure garage with use of a free power washer and bike wash station a relly nice pool with a nice bar also and a very nice included breakfast staff were very kind and helpful I would stay here again no problem
