This is a stunning hotel with incredible views, we visited in summer but would be so beautiful in winter! The room we had accessed a shared rooftop for sitting out in the evening. The facilities in the hotel were great - pool, spa, sauna, bar etc. Its a great location in town with a short walk (few minutes) to bars, restaurants and shops. Room was great with beautiful wooden interior. Can’t wait to come back and stay at this property again!!

The only issue was there is no air conditioning in the rooms so summer is really hot during the day. The winter would be so cosy! We found the instructions a little hard to get to the property at first. Didn’t realise there were stairs from the main road and we walked all the way around up hills in the heat. Apart from that amazing!

The lounge had very comfy sofas and was very relaxing to read. The staff were very welcoming and informative. Excellent activities pass to purchase at a highly discounted rate to use on all lifts and swimming pools and more.

We are once in the restaurant and my chicken was very dry although my husband’s was fine and the service was excellent.

Our bedroom was nicely appointed and finished, with a big balcony The pool terrace was lovely and sunny Lounge area was a nice place to sit and we enjoyed playing pool! Easy parking and lift that makes the walk back from town easier!

Probably we were just unlucky, but we had a big group of young football players staying on the same night as us - individually they were lovely and polite, but as a group especially at breakfast, they were really noisy and literally finished off the breakfast buffet which left everybody else with very little.

Location was good - only 5 mins walk to the town and 10 to the main gondola. Breakfast was nice, but a tad expensive. Room (26) was nice and warm, with lovely view from the balcony

No bathtub in room - a lovely treat after skiing, but I know it's not very environmentally friendly! Coat hooks for ski gear would have been useful

while bar prices were reasonable, the restaurant was expensive so we ate out in town.

The hotel were very welcoming & everything was easy &accessible. The breakfast was fantastic. The bus stop for the ski lift was outside the hotel which we were really pleased about to find. The room was spacious with a balcony & bed very comfortable. Large hot tub in the spa area so room for everyone. The whole stay was brilliant & we could not fault it.

The staff is very friendly, the pool are is nice and the breakfast delicious.

I don't like the Heineken beer, would have appreciated something local. The table soccer and billiard table could be in better condition.

getting stung the extra for breakfast . one day unfortunately the hot water failed but was soon rectified.

deadly path up to rear of hotel with 9 inch thick ice on . steps also dangerous man from leicester broke his arm in fall on there ambulance had to come for him .really dangerous .

Very warm in July- no fans in the room. Tried sleeping with door open but the smoke from the bar terrace came up to the room.
