Clean and comfortable room. Sufficient space and closets for unpacking and leaving luggage. Rooms are cleaned every day. Bathroom is nice and big. The hotel is in an excellent position, a few minutes from the tram station that connects the city with the airport. Nice hotel location, everything can be explored on foot.

It can be a bit noisy if the bar is open, luckily we were tired from walking all day so it didn't bother us.

Location, location! Almost perfectly located in Nice. OUr room was on the 4th floor and we enjoyed the tiny french balcony, was nice to drink the afternoon coffee there. Free minibar and coffee was nice extra. They also provide the beach towels and a totebag to carry them which was very appreciated.

Bathroom was a bit tight. Luckily our showercabin was spacey. It was well worth taking the little bigger superior room, those extra sqms were all needed. What we didn't enjoy was the smell in the bathroom. Room maintenance was weird, on Saturday our room was not ready by 3 pm when we came back from the beach. at 15:15 they wanted to clean our room just when we wanted to take a shower after beach day. When we were ready around 16:00 the cleaners were already gone - so we didn't get fresh towels and new set of coffee. Not a big deal but we though the timing for cleaning was a little strange in the afternoon when people like to take a siesta.

Staff very friendly - lovely woman Marie on the bar was exceptional. Reception staff also helpful. Have us city map and watched our bags before check in. Upgraded on arrival , room very spacious , good stairs access , great location

Air con only had warm option , I don’t like lifts and this was small and old fashioned where I had to take the stairs , - mini bar was complimentary but only bottle of water in there , no English tv channels , no sound proofing could hear people in next room.

Welcoming staff, great little cocktail bar and loved the Art Deco vibe!

Lovely hotel. Very central location. Close to shops, restaurants, bars and public transport. Lovely bar area for drinks. When we arrived my wife was not feeling well so we took a gamble on checking in early. Daniela on the front desk was amazing. She went out of her way to ensure housekeeping prioritised our room next so we could check in. Not only that she came over to check on my wife a couple of times offering water and seeing how she was. Upon being given our room and being allowed to check in early, Daniela also advised she had upgraded us. We had room 309 and it was exceptional. A lovely balcony over looking the neighbouring streets and the most comfortable bed you could hope for. Daniela’s service was 10/10 excellent. She made our trip, which we were making for our 25th wedding anniversary which she do not know about until we advised after our check in was complete. Thank you Daniela. We will return.

Modern hotel in a great location within the city. We were able to walk from and to the train station as well as the old city very easily. Loved the welcome treats and the staff were very helpful in helping us arrange a day at a wonderful beach club as well as answering other questions about the area. Room was overall comfortable and had a large bathroom and shower which was great.

Size is room a bit small and when asking for twin beds there isn’t a lot of space to have them separated. Gets tight when you have a lot of luggage in the room.

Awesome location in a very beautiful street in central Nice, a short walk to the tram stop for tram line 2 to the airport, about 10 min walk to the train station, and the same to the seafront. The hotel has a beautiful Art Deco design, the room beautiful and comfortable, tea-making facilities are a nice addition. The bed and the pillows very comfortable, bathroom spacious. Good breakfast with a nice variety of yoghurts, pastries and fresh fruit. Fantastic staff, everyone extremely nice and helpful.

Shower cabin design is not very practical, it's difficult to take a shower without getting the floor wet.

Amazing staff so friendly, everyone we interacted with was exceptional. The hotel is lovely, the bar is a great place to have a drink of evening. We got a room upgrade which was very much appreciated.

Only one negative which was staff accessing the storeroom opposite our room at 2:00am, which woke us up as they were going back and forth shutting the doors loudly and banging. Other than that it was a great stay

The location is excellent, so easy to get to on tram line 2 from the airport and the stop is just around the corner. Close to main street with shops and also the old town with restaurants etc. Also very short walk to the promenade. Would stay here again.

We didn't have breakfast as we felt it was a little bit pricey at 18 euros per person. We had a room on the 4th floor and the shower lost pressure a couple of times and completely stopped whilst showering which was a little disconcerting, however it did come back on again. We reported this to reception when we left.

Very good location, close to restaurants, city center and beach, good breakfast, clean rooms. The offered parking is just few minutes walk. The internet connection is reasonable good.

The parking is very tight and need to be very careful if you drive a bigger car. The hotel blocked few hundreds euros on my card before my arrival, and kept for a month after I left the property! Dog walkers don't always clean after, and can easily find "gifts" anywhere in Nice, but hasn't to do with the hotel itself.
