Perfect location, clean and pleasant room, comfortable bathroom. The code system is great. A shared kitchen is very well organized, with individual refrigerator boxes with a key.

The number of changing towels is limited for eco-responsible reasons, and you can pay in addition if you want a daily change. I didn’t want a daily change, but during my 5-day stay, they didn’t change my towels even once. I think it is a little bit too eco-responsible.

Air conditioning was needed and worked very well. Clean and despite minimal staff, things worked well. No problem checking in or out with virtual system because of good instructions. Cancellation policy was generous. Room was clean and we had sufficient room. Nice to have a breakfast facility and coffee provided.

We were on the front/street side of the hotel so we could hear activity outside but not too much of a problem. The single elevator could take a while. Getting heavy bags on and off the elevator from the ground floor using the ramp could be a challenge. Although it didn't happen, the ramp could result in injury if someone didn't see it and fell over it. All said, no major complaints and I would recommend this property.

Perfectly located. Steps from the tram station, bus stops, the promenade, the old town. Easy to reach by public transportation. For the price, it was unmatchable!

Facilities were a little dated! The phone at reception looked like it was from the last century and i worried that i would be stranded with no means if checking out. But never had to wait over 10 minutes for communications. Heater worked fantastically, but aircon less well- circumvented this by opening up a window in chilly winter. Not sure how this would work in summer. The wifi could be a bit temperamental but generally worked well!

Very central, close too lots of bars and restaurants. Tram stop is only a short walk away. Fridges and cooking facilities downstairs, lockable which is great. Arrived early and was able to leave my bags in storage. The gentleman I met was very friendly and helpful. Room was very very clean. Will be back

Would have loved an iron in the room

This hotel has a really excellent location on a walking mall in the Care D' Or area of Nice. Many lovely restaurants, cafes bistros literally at your door, and for many blocks around. A couple of blocks from the Promenade Anglaise as well. only three blocks to the Gallerie Lafayette, the tram line and a few more blocks to the old town centre. An ideal location. The hotel offers a communal kitchen, which seemed to get a fair bit of use. I only used a fridge with a private key.The room does not have a mini fridge.The hotel has an elevator.

My room was quite small , but adequate. It did have a large opening window to the walking street below.The bed was ok, but pillows very firm, and not comfortable. Only a quilt was provided , no top sheet. Linens were changed only once per week, including towels.

The location is amazing. Close to bars and the beach, and a short walk to the bus stop if you're heading to the airport. I don't particularly like Starbucks but we bought coffee there each morning as it's across the road. Staff was very responsive despite the fact that they don't sit in reception. There's a big, well equipped kitchen which is fantastic. It's also a place where you can meet/see other travellers. Beds are surprisingly comfy though we didn't like our pillows. The rom was suer quiet.

I don't think I'm a fan of self-check in/out and no reception. Feels very impersonal though, like I've mentioned above, the staff was responsive and could be reached by telephone in reception area. You have to use the check-in machine on arrival. Please note that it only lets you check-in all travellers. I arrived before my friend did and I had to wait for 10 minutes for a reception staff to arrive, before I was able to access the room.

Share Inn is about a 2-minute walk to the coast, a 25-minute from the train station and five minutes from the trams. Right in the heart of 'Restaurant Row'! You'll never go hungry! There is an excellent kitchen area inside the hotel where you can prepare/reheat your own food. (The Carre-Foure City is about a ten-minute walk). Self check in and getting in and out at any time is easy with your PIN. Great place, a great location, and a safe place to base your stay in the French Riviera.

The only thing I would quibble about is that the carpets are overdue for a good clean.

Location was ideal Beds were comfy Room was clean AC worked well Rooms good size for 1 person Kitchen was good Luggage room provided Code was a game changer instead of a card. Full shower accessories provided. Easy to get help through the phone in the main lobby or simply messaging through booking. Overall very good stay at this hotel.

I left my key in my fridge for probably about in an hour which was my wrong doing i shouldn’t have forgot and stuff from my fridge was taken, later on in the stay I caught a person trying to get back into my fridge and was looking in all the other open ones for things to take I presume, quite annoying if I’m being honest, some people wouldn’t fully clean their dishes, again not the hotels fault but a small thing that was annoying. Not much hotel faults apart from area being a bit out dated, which isn’t a problem.

Location 5 star. Location is excellent. In pure Nice city centre. surrounded with many food. shop and tram. Room 4.5 star. The size of the room is big enough compares to Paris London etc. it has everything we need. also shower was good. it also has security locker. Cleanness 5 star. Everywhere in hotel is spotless and clean. Price 5 star. Very reasonable price for Nice city centre. also hotel gave clear instructions on how to get into hotel by entering passcode. Others 5 star. Friendly staff. self service kitchen area and free coffee machine. Overall. highly recommend.

internet connection sometimes is a bit unstable there is almost no room service. ( just changed the bin bag) if there is a kettle in the room it would be perfect.

Good location, about 6-7 minutes from Jean Médecin station of the L2 tram line that comes there directly from the airport. I did not hear any outside noise at nights which made for a good sleep. Wifi and shower were great, no issues.

Rooms are hard to find when you first arrive also because there is no staff to help you. There was no sign of the wifi password in my room, they only had it on the front desk after you enter the building. At first I was struggling with opening my room door but then I figured out that after you opened it with your room card or with the code they provide, you have to pull up the handle first and then you can actually open it.
