Excellent staff. Hotel restaurant and the cafe next to reception were good.

They add a EUR 20 charge to every person for each night! They say that this is for breakfast but it is added to your bill whether or not you have breakfast. You have to request the charge to be removed from your bill. This is disingenuous and is trying to overcharge guests, most of whom will be unaware of the added charge. The room could do with a repaint. Lots of loud building work next door, which perhaps the hotel could not do much about.

Amazing rooftop bar, excellent restaurant, great location, liked the area. Pleasant walk to Eiffel tower. Nice coffee shop on site. Close to metro. Good value for money in general. View of tower lit up from bar made my daughter's trip. I would stay here again if returning to Paris.

Room was small but there were three of us. OK for 2 nights. Was also quite dark in places, energy saving bulbs? Couldn't get kettle to work. Although rest of food excellent lots of liquid on my pizza second night. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment.

Location was convenient for our needs. Very good reception. Private parking excellent and safe. Rooms newly decorated. Staff excellent. Rooftop bar vivid with breathtaking view on Eiffel tower.

Capacity of breakfast restaurant has been wrongly calculated: overcrowded, waiting lines, not enough coffee machines , etc Lighting in room not very good: it's dark even when you open all lights Room wasn't cleaned at 3 pm

The location of the hotel was excellent.

The room was not up to the standard to match the cost. No soap, shower gel or shampoo/conditioner and on the second day the shower door fell off. We requested a change of room and we were relocated to a room on the fifth floor.

Since I had to be near the Place de Fontenoy Paris, the location was good. The neighborhood is really nice and safe, and there are lots of places to eat and drink. My favorite restaurant is an Uygurian one which is near the hotel. (10 minutes walking distance) One of the best things about the hotel, besides the location, is the fact that they have an Italian restaurant on the ground floor, with amazing food. And the breakfast is a complex one (not the croissant and coffee), but one with eggs, omelet, bacon etc. And if you want to enjoy a cocktail with a view of the Eiffel Tower, then they also have a cool rooftop bar.

The bed was too big for me...I wouldn't say I didn't like it, it was not necessary, to be this large. And nothing else to add.

A wonderful hotel, meets all the characteristics, the rooms are comfortable, of sufficient area, with a comfortable bed. The room has a kettle, a set for drinking tea or coffee; there is a mini-fridge and a safe. The bathroom is also quite large. The toilet is separate, a little strange, it seemed to me that there was not enough ventilation in it. On the seventh floor, from the lobby of the bar, you can see the Eiffel Tower - cool, and in general, it takes half an hour to walk from the hotel to the tower. Breakfasts in various hotels, for every taste: nutritious, vitamin, dietary and all very tasty. Everything is great, there is an opportunity to leave your suitcases if you have a late departure. We were received very warmly. Thank you!

The hotel itself is without flaws, I would like it to be a little cheaper, but this is Paris! The only thing that surprised me was the staff of the restaurant where we decided to have dinner before the road, they prepared a burnt pizza for us, and the cutlery for the ice cream was just put on the table without a napkin, but the table is dirty.

Dark room = Not sufficient light options Staff not always knowledgeable (different shifts, different answers) No options to buy sodas / beers in bottles (no mini bar) in the hotel (however, good supply in vicinity) --> yes, you can get a Coke for 7 EUR at the roof-top bar. Our co-worker's room (already fully prepaid) got cancelled by Novotel 3 days before arrival with poor service from the hotel to manage the situation (it's a blaming game Hotel --> Booking.com --> Guest)

Everything we needed was right there. Beautiful view from 7th floor bar. Lovely room. Breakfast fantastic. Metro virtually at your door. The staff - especially Ghana were amazing!

There is quite a bit of construction behind the property which I can imagine would be rather annoying if you stayed in that side. Parking was a massive €27 per night! This wasn’t disclosed until we left. All other properties we have been at are around €15-€18. We assumed - which you should never do BUT it would have been nice to know at time of booking so other arrangements could have been made.

Exceptionally friendly and happy reception staff.

The pillows are quite hard; when we rang reception at 2am to see if it was possible to get a softer pillow, we were unfortunately told no. But the next morning when we spoke with reception again, they happily gave us one. It was a shame that my husband slept so poorly the first night due to this. Having said this, the reception staff are exceptionally friendly and happy. Guess we just spoke to one who wasn't so helpful.

I was in love with the decoration of the hotel, highly, the bar, the rooftop, the hotel very comfortable, beautiful and very clean! however the room service didn't work 100% I had children I didn't have water in the room, there was a lot of failure in communication in a general context I liked the service friendly staff try hard to help people. at reception i was greeted by a spectacular guy i don't remember his name but he seemed to be brazilian because he spoke to me brazilian portuguese he helped me with everything i will be back and i will recommend it to many people! my stay was very pleasant
