Room is very clean, well equipped, kettle, coffee machine, minibar, good shampoos, good hair drier, bed is very good, pillows and blanket as well. Great shower. Big bathroom. French balcony. Room was facing the street but there was not traffic noice from the street. Airconditioner in the room (I did not use it but looks it was adjustable). Everything was great! Do not take breakfast (18 euros) as next door is boulangerie with super good coffee 1.30 euros and amazing selection of pastries. Few meters away is a cafeteria where you can enjoy full breakfast sitting outside (near the small park).

The only problem is that because it's old building, walls are thin, I was in room 304 and my neighbours talked very loud and I could hear everything, when I turned on TV, it dim their voices. Luckily, it did not last in the night. The next night I did not hear people in the next room. Despite this, I would stay again, as this was really lovely hotel.

Great location, very nice and helpful stuff. Close to metro no 12 and 3 bus stations in around 30 meters from the building. Room was clean. Every two days new coffee tabs. Bathtub in the bathroom, cosmetics and show gels included in the price. No noise from the street. Very easy to get into the hotel.

You need to leave the keys in the reception, every time you leave the room. There was not even a small cupboard in the room. We had to wait over 30 minutes for our room to be prepared and ready, even though the check-in was from 2pm. Fortunately, it was possible to leave our luggage :-)

Absolutely loved the pleasant location.Being close to the metro and bus station made it easy to explore the city and have a quiet home base to return each night. There was a lovely bakery on the corner. Our room didn’t have an Eiffel Tower view, but it was so nice to be able to see the Eiffel Tower when we stepped out the door of the hotel. We had a room for three and I was surprised by the amount of space we had. We loved the comfortable beds and spacious bathroom with high quality bath products. Staff was friendly and helpful. You do have to leave your key with the front desk when you leave which some reviewers have mentioned not feeling was safe, but I felt like it was perfectly safe. Plus we never had to worry about losing the key while we were out. I think this hotel is a great value in the city and I would stay here again.

The personnel was incredibly helpful, cheerful, friendly and very polite! The room was very clean and proper with big and a very convenient bed. The coffee machine just saved me during the whole stay and also it was pretty comfortable to work with the laptop from the room. Very spacious bathroom. Eiffel Tower view (605 room). For 1 person was just a super match. and location 10 out of 10.

There are plenty grocery shops and cafeteria around, don’t see a need in extra breakfast option for 18 EUR. Internet connection not the strongest. but it fact, no minuses

The property is very conveniently located near both bus and metro Station and the main sites are only 15 -20 minutes on a bus ride. The room size and powder room were good for Paris and Europe standards. The neighborhood was pretty and felt safe. We had a little view of Eiffel from our window too.

I thought the price for the month of May was really steep compared to rest of the France and the lift was the tiniest I have ever seen could not fit us and our 2 bags at a go.

I booked a hotel and requested if we could get a room with a view of Eifel tower as I was coming to Paris for the first time and we were there to celebrate my birthday. Hotel had no problem doing that. On arrival date, my boyfriend asked if we could check-in earlier and hotel kindly accommodate our request. It was truly magical experience and I will never forget this trip - we got engaged in Paris!!! So thank you so much for being part of such a magical holiday 🇫🇷💍❤

We really enjoy the room, the decoration was lovely and from the balcony you could see the Eiffel Tower. The staff was kind and helpful. The location is perfect. We haven´t booked the room with breakfast included because we preferred to try different french pastries from the boulangeries around but we´ve seen it from the distance and it looked amazing. Also, the bathroom amenities were perfect.

I can´t say anything that I didn´t like. This hotel was great. No disappointments.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a great location. It took us 17 mins to walk to the Eiffel Tower. The metro station is two blocks away. The hotel was so clean and comfortable and the staff was great! Our room was so cute and had the most amazing views of the Eiffel tower. I highly recommend.

The elevator was tiny.

Very clean and well decorated . Automatic door onto the street kept the interior quiet. Great hairdryer which is unusual and high quality toiletries. Very comfortable bed. Great location.

Airco/heating did not work properly .

Fantastic location, great room view of Eiffel Tower. Staff were very accommodating. Very cool quirky decor but very classy. Close to train and great places to eat and explore.

We wanted to stay another night because it was so good, but they were understandably fully booked!
