location was excellent, right in front of a metro station and excellent restaurants nearby. The Boulangerie right outside the hotel is absolutely excellent. staff was very friendly and the rooms are a great size too

the shower stopped working half way through showering. when we called to ask for help we were told that too many people must be showering at once. definitely not a great way to start the morning! the Eiffel Tower views are also on an angle and not front one!

We loved our stay at this hotel it is in a perfect location for walking and using the metro which is straight across the road with someone manning the kiosk who was able to help us in buying our tickets. On arrival we were able to leave our luggage so we could start exploring the city straight away We stayed in room 605 with a amazing view of the Eiffel Tower I was a little dubious about our stay having read comments about the cleanliness but it was definitely clean and I am fussy I had read reviews of the room being dusty and yes it is a little but I think that comes from the carpet being so fluffy and the black furniture shows up dust Yes there are a few marks on doors and walls that may need a touch up but nothing major We are a family of 4 and the room was a perfect size much bigger than I was expecting the view is amazing! We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel we opted to use the bakery on the corner the food was amazing! The location of the hotel is so good a stones throw from a selection of bars and restaurants which is perfect after being in the centre all day Staff were lovely, chatty and welcoming on arrival We will definitely return this hotel is a little gem

This hotel is a hidden gem! about a mile on foot from the Eiffel Tower and right across the street from a metro line. The hotel upgraded us and we had a balcony room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The room was comfy; small but not out of line for Paris. Comfortable bed, nice shower, breakfast was fine; a selection of both hot and cold items, fruits & pastries. The staff went above and beyond to help us locate a massage therapist for my husband’s sore back and located a great resource within a 5 minute walk from the hotel & booked the service for him! can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed the location, neighborhood, everything!

We really enjoyed our stay at First Hotel Paris. We had a nice view of the Eiffel Tower from our window, comfortable bed and amenities, as well as good services offered by the hotel such as Breakfast and Laundry. The staff were very accommodating and helpful when we inquired about extra things like laundry service, slippers and robes. The location couldn't be better with a metro station directly across the street, several great restaurants within a 5-10 minutes walk, and close to lots of activities.

We did not have any complaints or dislikes about our stay at First Hotel.

The hotel is in a very convenient location as it is close to several different metro lines. There are also a few small supermarkets and restaurants right around the corner. The staff were friendly and very accommodating, and the breakfast was good, too. The rooms are not huge, but a decent size compared to other Paris hotels I have been to. I was particularly happy to have air conditioning as it was quite hot outside. I enjoyed my stay and would choose this hotel again.

I personally am not a big fan of fuzzy carpets in my room, but that‘s not a big deal. My room faced a busy street with train tracks, but the window was actually very good at keeping the noise out. Just something to keep in mind if you like sleeping with the window open, but you could always ask for a room facing the other way. Facing the street I did get a partial view of the Eiffel Tower through a tree, which was a nice bonus (I had not paid for Eiffel Tower views).

We booked this hotel last minute, but we received a warm welcome from the staff and everything was great. The staff offered help whenever we asked. The room was spacious, nicely designed and clean, it had a safety deposit box, water on the house, a tea kettle, coffee and tea, it had a view to the Cambronne metro station and you could even see the tip of the Eiffel tower. The bathroom had toiletries and the staff deep cleaned the room every day.

The cleaning of the room for our floor was done between 2-4 pm, so it happened a couple of times that we wanted to come in the room after lunch and it was still being cleaned. Not a big inconvenience.

First Hotel was right in front of the metro station Cambronne which meant that we were only ever a minute away from a train. It was also surrounded by amazing cafes, restaurants and supermarkets as well as being a 10-15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. There was also an Eiffel view despite only being on the 4th floor! Staff were also super lovely and accommodating.

Unfortunately the room got too hot at certain times of the day and we couldn’t seem to get the AC system working so we had to keep our windows open and the hotel being right by major train station and roads, it was quite loud. Staff were super helpful in assisting us with our AC needs however the actual unit just didn’t really work. Even then, we ended up loving hearing the sounds of Paris through our window.

Right from check in we had the greatest experience. The lovely lady at the front desk advised that our room was already ready so we didn't have to store our things. She gave us the run down on the room I left a note asking to stay at the top level which was accommodated for. We had free water, and a breaky which we didn't make but still great service. We were right across the road from cambronne station which is line 6 where you can see the eiffel tower. Which is also from our room. It was such a special night for us! Upon check out we met our friend downstairs who was travelling with us and the lovely front desk lady also was able to reserve her bag with ours even though she didn't stay just until we could check into our new accom! Loved it here!

excellent location. 1 min from the metro station. Around the hotel there are a lot of restaurants and cafe that stays open until 2am. There is also a boulangerie at the ground floor of the hotel. At the Christmas day the hotel gave us a champange and some chocolates as a present we loved it. Also in the room at our arrival was a bouquetof roses😊

Our only problem it was very hot in the room even after we switch off the heating. we had some trouble to sleep due to the heat and the bad pillows.

Beautiful view of the Eiffel. Had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Decor was stylish. Water was provided, along with tea or coffee. Safe is also available in the room. And the sheets were top notch. Best part is the black out curtains, darkens the room completely for long and restful sleep. Bonus- rainfall shower and towel warmer. Staff spoke English and are friendly. Highly recommend.
