Two connected rooms is a great option for a family room. Breakfast was great: lots of different food and all very fresh. Staff very useful and kind. Nice area: not too touristy or crowded. Easy to move around in metro. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Many options for restaurants nearby + a local market on Wed and Sun

Rooms are small but it is kind of expected in Paris. No much space to leave clothes so it is important to be very tidy and have a suitcase that it is easy to find your stuff inside. One of the showers might be far too small for large people.

The staff was wonderful and welcoming. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the staff kept our luggage on the last day after checkout and arranged for a taxi back to the airport. The close proximity to the metro station was very convenient.

We forgot that washcloths are not provided so will bring our own next time (not a big deal) and the shower is very small but manageable and it would not keep us from booking again.

The location was great! The Eiffel tower was close by and the metro/train station was right there. Lots of food options around and breakfast at the hotel was pretty good, mostly continental breakfast. The staff were friendly and did their job.

The staffs English wasn't the best, but hey it is France and they speak French. The room had just enough space to get by, but I would consider it small for a hotel room. The bathroom was outdated but did its job.

Comfy bed. Attentive front desk staff 24/7. Filtered and sparkling water dispenser in the lobby. Not a lot of amenities, but everything was in good working condition and service was good.

The small elevator was at times busy or closed for repair, so we just took the stairs. We don't mind steps and travel. But, some of my family has bad knees and travels with big bags, so this hotel might just be too small for both the elevator and room size.

The location was excellent, the beds very comfortable and there is parking close by. We had a connecting room for our children.

The walls are very thin and the cleaning staff in the morning were chatting very loud in the corridor. The breakfast was ok but the coffee was terrible. The check in staff member in the evening was not very welcoming and refused to speak to me, only my husband. In the morning the check out staff was very nice.

The place of the hotel is the BEST that you can find near 2 metro station that connect with other lines too. It's 10 minutes by walk to Tour Eiffel. There is also at 100 meters Mc Donald's and Carefour Super Market and pharmacy for everything you want. The room was amazing and they were cleaning the room every day of the 6 days we were there. Very clean rooms. The only negative thing is the small bathrooms, but it's not a problem at all.

Good location, welcoming staff, safe neighborhood, metro some steps away. Fast connection to/from CDG airport (we used metro with connection to RER B at Denfert-Rochereau station, you can buy single ticket (connection included) for 10.30EUR from ticket machines at every metro station nearby). Rooms are functional although are tiny. Adjustable aircon, really warm during winter days. There was no problem with hot water, good shower, really clean. Rooms are made up and towels changed every day. Breakfast is very good, selection of local bread, cheeses and ham, boiled eggs, fresh orange juice, freshly grounded coffee (machine), some sorts of yoghurt, excellent selection of cereals, seeds and local marmalades. Freshly made crepes and croissants. Some sort of fruits. In the lobby there is a possibility to make a tee or coffee every time you want for free, also you can have some cakes and pastries. We were allowed to leave our luggage till the evening and had a short rest in the lobby before our evening flight. We had a great stay and can recommend the property. Thank you!

Yes, the rooms are tiny and there is no fridge, but you know it beforehand, so there is no reason to blame.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the location was excellent, the balconies and bathroom (with a bath) really added to what we thought of our stay, the free daily fresh pastries were an added bonus and the included breakfast was amazing (and so French!)

the rooms were clean and the breakfast was great and topped up at all times by the staff (who were very cheery)

there’s a homeless man’s bed right outside the hotel door (he looked like he was on drugs too) we were home for 7pm every night but I wouldn’t like to come back any later. the reception also seems quite grubby which was off putting but the bedroom was spotless.

Room was small but it had everything that was needed. Location was great, near a metro station with many connections to different parts of the city. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, they were very helpful when I asked to store a luggage for a few hours after my check out. Breakfast was delicious.

It would have been great to have some instant coffee and/or tea and a kettle in the room, I know that there was one in the reception but if arriving very late, I don't want to disturb other guests by going in and out the room to heat some water.
