Perfect hotel for the price at a superb location for where we wanted to get to in Paris. Staff were friendly, rooms clean and comfortable, including adequate storage space, a safe, TV, fridge and coffee maker. Our east-facing room on 3rd floor was surprisingly quiet. The hotel is right next to Saint Placide Metro (only about 20 mins to Gard du Nord on line 4), Louvre is easily walkable. Several good cafe/bistros within a few metres of the front door (for which reason we didn't try the hotel breakfast, though it looked ok). Loads of shops along Rue de Rennes heading towards Montparnasse where there are loads of cinemas. Heading west along Rue Placide takes you to more upmarket boutique-y shops and restaurants, east towards Sorbonne and studenty places.North towards Bvd S Germain and cafes once frequented by artists and existentialists, now hopelessly crowded.

The shower could have been a bit more powerful but not really bothered!

I loved the location of our hotel. The metro was kitty-corner to our hotel (60 seconds away from the stairs to metro). Our room was bigger than expected (I assumed it would be super tiny) and it was very clean. It was easy to communicate with staff for the most part. (I only speak the basic French phases) Yes, I would stay here again!

I was confused when we checked out by an additional fee. But it wasn't that much and couldn't really understand the staff person. If I wasn't surprised and in a hurry to catch a train I would have asked.

First trip to Paris and wanted to stay in a good area. The location was Amazing! Loved all the restaurants, cafes and shops in the area. When you are there walk down to Bon Marche and check out the upscale grocery store. Amazing everything, bakery, ready made food, drinks, fruits and so much for! Just so beautiful to just look at everything. Hotel is a small little boutique hotel which is cute! Elevator is tiny but then again so is the hotel) Breakfast was simple yet yummy! Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Kids had the smaller room without a view with the two single beds pushed together. Double bed room was bigger and had a little view.

Location was ideal - right next to the metro station and a good number of bus lines accessible within a block. Great restaurants in the neighborhood, FNAC within a block, ideal central Paris location. Housekeeping was perfect - everything clean and tidy when I returned and I couldn't have asked for better.

The bathroom - it was a positive danger zone: the tub was slippery and difficult to get in and out of, there were absolutely NO handholds in the shower, the area for standing under the shower head wasn't wide enough to get a secure stance, the glass shower wall lacked its rubber gasket on the bottom, so water went all over the floor and swung wildly if you tried to hold it. In my brother's room (no. 42), there wasn't a closet, just an angular construction for holding clothes in a corner. Not ver nice.

The hotel is particularly well situated in the border of the 6th and 14th arrondisements. The linens and bed are of very high quality, and the room is very clean. Good double-glazing shuts out all street noises. Everything is perfect, and the staff are helpful and friendly. This hotel provides good value for money in Paris.

No matter how hard we tried, water from the shower ran onto the floor. The hotel is working on correcting this design issue. We were provided with extra towels.

This is a sweet, European hotel in a fantastic location for visiting Paris, while being great value for the money. It's family run, not a chain, despite the "best western" in the name. The staff was super-helpful and friendly. While the rooms are small by American standards (do we have to super-size everything?), they're just right by European standards. Very clean, with updated bathrooms and the best mattress I've ever had in a hotel. Three cafes are right downstairs, as is the Metro and a bus line. One and a half blocks to Bon Marche and the Grande Epicerie. I'll be coming back.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us and the staff were all fantastic. The bed was very comfortable and the aircon kept the room at an ideal temperature. There’s a nice seating area in reception where you can sit with a coffee or read the paper.

The breakfast room is fairly small so there was a queue for tables. The booking.com email said our room had a balcony, it didn’t but that didn’t bother us as we were rarely in (our view was straight into a wall). The lift doesn’t go to the top floor so if that’s are concern you might want to make sure you can book an accessible room.

Near metro and bus stops. Bus stops for going to Louvre, Eifell and Champs-elysées are at walking distance. You can also directly walk to central places. There are very good bakeries around the hotel, so we did not have breakfast at the hotel. I stayes in Paris several times. Unlike other Paris hotels that I stayed, bathroom is not very small. Personel is kind.

The room view was actually a kind of a wall. Corridors and elevator are very narrow.

First, most important thing, the hotel room, and the hotel itself is really clean. This also thanks to a lady named Fati which was taking care of the rooms every day. The room wasn't that big, and this may be normal in Paris where you can also find 11 sqm apartments for sale which is not the normality in many other countries. The bathroom was, instead, really big and it was quite a nice surprise. We were received by Andrea who gave us a lot of precious information. Two metro lines are passing by there and, albeit the hotel is central, this is really important as the metro was the best way to reach all the places Andrea advised us to visit. I now give you an advise for the parking. You can either choose the Indigo parking lot but if you have a big car you may prefer the Q-Park which is also located 200 meters from the hotel. I went for the Q-Park which requires the online booking.

Everything was good so I don't have anything to add here.
