Liked everything!!! rooms very super clean and beds were made every day for us, trash taken out and new towels provided. Bathrooms very clean and tidy, hairdrier provided which I appreciated! Also loved that there are two shower heads, one hude for when you wash your hair other on the days you dont, so your hair doesnt wet! We didnt book breakfast at the hotel as we wanted to go to coffee shops and try their food instead, however, it always smelled so nice in the kitchen in the morning it made me regret it! Our room opened to the street and it absolutely gorgeous! Free water was such a nice touch, i know in Paris tap was is free but it was nice to have glass bottles refilled in the room! We were provided with body wash and soap. Beds were on a too soft side however not a problem at all! we took a train from CDG airport platform B to Luxembourg station and it brought us 10 mins away from the hotel, which we just walked through the garden straight up to the hotel, was so lovely. Hotel staff were always so welcoming and helpful, even had our room ready faster for us for when we arrived, which allowed us to bring our stuff in and change, so it was really appreciated! Theres a lift, which was very handy and 24 hour concierge. The hotel is about 20 min walk to Louvre and about 35 min walk to the Eiffel tower, we barely took any metro (only to Montmartre) cause we jsut wanted to walk the streets and see places, so it wasnt even a long walk, it was very enjoyable! Nothing, everything was perfect!!

Location - must be one of the best location in Paris, next to the Jardins de Luxenberg, lots of restaurants and bakeries. 25min walk to Notre Dame and an easy walk along the river to the Eiffel Tower. The staff were all fantastic. In the breakfast room is a water tap serviing still and sparkling water - perfect for filling your bottles before you leave to explore.

We loved it all. The rooms are quite compact. We upgraded to a superior double and were very glad we had. There were just enough room for our cases. The standard room does not have enough room for a couple with 2 standard cases.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days & 3 nights. This was my first time visiting Paris and the staff was so welcoming and spoke English (my French is minimal). I had so much trouble getting an Uber but the staff scheduled taxi pick ups with ease. Also, this hotel was a 10-12 min walk from the metro/subway stations. I was able to travel around Paris with ease because this was located close to most things. The room was the perfect size for me and I enjoyed all of the modern updates, spa robe/ slippers and all of the amenities in the bathroom. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I hope to stay here in the future! Thank you Madame Bonsoir Hotel! ☺️

Excellent location -- allowing for relaxing morning/evening strolls through the Jardin du Luxembourg. Our 'Club' room was wonderfully designed, and also executed with attention to detail (complements to the carpenter)! Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds are amazing! Overall the hotel is a good starting point for a romantic stay in Paris.

We felt the optional breakfast was a bit on the expensive side (though this seems common for hotels in this price range). Soundproofing was good though still a few voices could be heard inside the room (however not at a disturbing volume).

The location was great. It was in a less busy part away from the noise and activity. We loved the water dispenser and honor kitchen where we can come and go to get drinks and snacks.

As in most hotels in Paris, the rooms were tight, bathrooms small. The bathroom didn’t have regular amenities we were use to - there was one small hand soap the first day. This was ok because it is a waste to replace everyday. The shampoo was a shower gel and shampoo combo. There was no conditioner, no lotion.

The property was spotlessly clean, it’s in a perfect location, two or three metro stations within a five minute walk. Notre Dame and the Louvre are just a 20-30 minute walk away. The Pompidou centre is a 30 minute walk away. And just around the corner you have the beautiful Luxembourg gardens. You have a small fridge in the room, and there’s a convenience store down the street, so you can stock up with snacks to save money on food during your trip. The smart TV and free Wi-Fi meant that we could stream Netflix and YouTube.

I didn't just like, I absolutely adored this place: excepteniolly friendly staff, cozy room, stylish design, great strong shower, excellent location (just at the Luxemburg garden, 5 min walk from the metro station, 1 min walk to the bus station, lots of nice restaurants just near by). A small water boiler in a room and a free water refiller at the reception were a nice bonus. Even in a room without a terrace you can open windows and enjoy a nice view to the traditional Houseman house, for example. Thank you, dear Bonsoir Madame team, for a great 3 days' stay, from me and my mom!

There is nothing I didn't like.

The location was great - easy access to several metros and a quiet yet central area. m The room was super clean and bed was comfortable.

Although the room descriptions specify the size of the room, you don’t realize just how small the room actually is until you are in it. However, the hotel offered to store our unpacked luggage throughout the stay which gave us a little more space in the room (as otherwise we would have had absolutely no space to move around). Another thing which I feel the room could really benefit from is a towel warmer/form of heater in the bathroom, as given the cold temperatures in the winter, the towels would just not dry and the bathroom was freezing.

This was a fantastic hotel. Exceeded expectations so much that we booked another stay at this hotel during our trip. The staff was just so helpful. Each one of them was very fluent in English which made it so easy to communicate. Location of this place is really great. Its in a quiet part of the town but very well connected to the airport by the RER B train via Luxembourg station or to anywhere else via M 12 @ Notre-Dame des Champs station. Luxembourg Gardens which is right behind is an added bonus. Rooms are small but so functional with every amenity available that you would have in hotels in the US. In addition they have a free still/sparkling water fountain in the lobby. They have AC everywhere in the building along with really good WiFi. Most importantly they have an elevator which is plus for accessibility. Overall its a really good hotel & I would definitely stay here every time I visit the city.

Nothing really. It was just perfect.

We liked how quaint and cozy this boutique hotel was. Our room with terrace had a great view of Paris and was really enjoyable to sit and have a cup of coffee. The hotel offers a free 30 minute booking for their private spa which includes a dry sauna and steam room which was truly awesome. The beds were comfortable and the heated bathroom floor was a great touch. The breakfast was really good but the price was a little steep ($18 per person). If you need breakfast early (before 10am) it is a great option, otherwise the cafes nearby open at 10am and offer better prices. The common rooms were a nice place to relax and read as well.

The rooms were a little small which was to be expected. They could have had better utilization of space (i.e. more wall hangers for towels since there was only 1 in the bathroom) or maybe some economical space savers for luggage etc. This was not a big deal but just minor inconvenience for a hotel of this caliber. The price was little high with all things considered compared to similar accommodation in the area that were priced lower.
