This is a stunning hotel within easy reach of all the best bits of Paris. The staff were brilliant, spoke amazing English which made our stay very easy and welcoming - and we're available 24/7 to answer all of our silly questions! Our room was just stunning, with the comfiest bed I've ever slept in. We had a back view on the 5th floor which overlooked the rooftops of Paris. The shower was powerful and warm, and the facilities were spot on for our stay. The breakfast is served nearly all morning, which gave us plenty of options for time. They serve hot food, pastries, cereals, hams and cheese, fruits and juices that were all super yummy. The location was super convenient, within 200 yards of both Metro 4 and 6, which made it easy to get to; Eiffel tower, Louvre, Sacre Coeur and links to Disneyland. I would highly recommend this hotel, they went above and beyond for us and we really appreciate it - it's our first holiday since covid and it was super special. Thank you.

We had a great stay at the hotel! The room was really nice, the bed was absolutely wonderful and the staff was so charming and helpful. They helped us with finding glutenfree restaurants, ordered taxis etc. The breakfast was delivered perfectly without gluten for my daughter who has celiac disease. And, the personell spoke well English, which was very helpful!

The staff was extremely considerate and helpful. Always prompt to help and clarify doubts. The location of the hotel was also excellent, it was near the jardin du luxembourg and also walking distance to get to the louvre, notre dame, etc There were lot's of restaurants and shops near by as well. The room is not big, but we knew that when we booked the hotel, but besides being a little small it was beautfil and very cozy. Nice bed, comfortable bathroom, minibar and tv, and the balcony was definitely a plus.

Nothing bad about this hotel, I would go back for sure.

Great location, friendly and very kind stuff

Deluxe room was quite roomy for 2 people. Large bed and small fridge no microwave. Nice blackout curtains to keep morning sun out. Some sounds heard since we were near elevator but otherwise pretty quiet. Staff super friendly and helpful. Spoke English well. Morning breakfast ws good. Fresh bread, meats, eggs, and variety of yogurt, multi-choice coffee machine. Near metro and safe neighborhood, close to a fresh foods market 3 blocks away.

A little far from tourist traps but if you can walk 17-25 minutes then no metro needed. We walked 7 miles a day since we can. Little to no variety in breakfast choices if there more than 3 days it gets routine.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with storing our bags, offering great local recommendations, and even arranging a taxi for us. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and we appreciated the daily room cleaning service. The location was unbeatable, with just a few minutes' walk to three different metro stations, making it easy to explore all of Paris. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants just around the corner. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit."

Everything! 😊 The staff are absolutely amazing! They made our stay, and my mom's birthday so special! The room was so cute and wonderfully decorated. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable we've ever slept on. As a special treat for my mom's birthday, the bed had a sweet surprise placed within a rose-petal heart. The bathroom was clean and had some really nice L'occitane products for showering, etc. Breakfast was really lovely! So much to choose from, including the hot and cold options. Everything was set out in a very aesthetically pleasing way. We had such lovely conversations with Nina, who offered some great suggestions. Fantastic hotel with really nice touches and attention to detail. Thank you Nina and company for making it a wonderful time! :)

Nothing at all.

Very nice staff - available all day long which was great because we arrived late. Also they let us store the luggage after check out, Nicely decorated hotel, the room was in a good size, the water in the shower was always hot. Great location, close to many places, restaurants etc. Altogether it's worth the price.

Wifi was pretty bad most of the time. We didn't like the bed, but that depends on your preference. The shower has no door so the entire bathroom was wet after each shower (the bathroom has a door of course).

Location was great for us as we were traveling all around the city day to day by metro. Metro stations were super close to the hotel. The room was fantastic, really appreciated the note left by the hotel as well as some lovely l'occitane products gifted and for use in the bathroom. Shower was great, water always hot. Our view was lovely (as requested a street view) only thing is that it was loud but not the hotels fault.

The beds were memory foam which some people love but they just are not my first choice in bed! But don’t let it turn you off for a few nights sleep it will be fine.

The staff here absolutely make the place, they are all absolutely incredible and are a credit to the hotel. They cannot do enough for you, especially when it comes to last minute cancelled flights! The location is great to get too all of the tourist hotspots and if you turn left out of the hotel and keep walking up there are some lovely bars and restaurants. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.
