Great location but more importantly, checks all the boxes. Not posh but clean, comfortable, with no disappointments. Attentive staff. Definitely my new place to stay.

Nothing - spare but great value.

We Met different staff members during our stay. They all seemed very cordial and nice. I Honestly didn't expect much but It was in fact a nice surprise. We stayed at the First floor and we used the lift. The room Is enough for Two people as the bathroom. It's pretty clean, they change towels everyday ,wifi and clean the room daily and everything Is well maintained. The best part Is that for the price you pay you are basically in the main road of rue de Rivoli, in front of the metro, the shops, the point neuf and the Sein and 10 min of Walk from the LES Halles, le Marais, Notredame, l'ile de la citè. We didn't use that much the metro as almost everything was reachable on foot. For the price you pay (still the cheapest in the area) you basically have the privilege to be in the centre of Paris near the Louvre and lots and lots of resto and street food as well as a market next ti the hotel. To choose this hotel was The best decision ever! A&K

Unfortunately homeless people are everywhere in Paris even in the main road. It happened few times to see them staying in front of the hotel. The lift and the stairs are quite steep but Nothing to worry about.

The property is very well situated with access to a large metro steps away from the hotel lobby. The property is older and the rooms are Paris small but it is clean, well maintained and there is everything that you need. The elevator is small but there is one which is fabulous. The reception staff are very friendly, pleasant and helpful. I practiced my Grade School French with them (which was a very very long time ago) and they were very gracious. There is a small grocery store immediately beside the hotel which was very convenient.

There are some people who hang around outside the hotel all night and they could be a bit noisy at times. We came in July and it was quite hot so we chose to leave the windows open at night however a fan was generously provided by the hotel so if it got too noisy we always had the option to close the windows.

Great location! Very close to the Louvre and other top attractions, at the same time quite calm. Attention: the entrance to the Chatelet metro station is right under the hotel, but this is a complex interchange station with long underground passages, and there is no ticket machine at this entrance! Therefore, if you have not bought tickets in advance, it is better to use the Pont Neuf station. Comfortable bed, which is important after a day of running around the sights of Paris.

The room is cramped but that was to be expected. Wifi is not connecting well. There are only two sockets, and one of them is at floor level. The room has mold marks. In the bathroom, the towel hooks are positioned in an idiotic way. It is difficult to carry a suitcase up the steep spiral staircase. A kettle in the room would be nice, but the tap water is still not suitable for tea - too hard.

The location was honestly amazing - right next to a metro station, shops, shopping centre and the Louvre. we walked everywhere including the Eiffel Tower since it was just an hour walk. The cruise of the Seine was really close to the hotel too and it was great. the beds were extremely comfortable and also very clean. everything else was clean enough but not like perfect condition. soap provided was decent and the temperature of the rooms was good

the lift/stairs to get to the rooms are a bit dodgy and smell quite bad but it’s not a dealbreaker. the rooms are also really small but it’s still worth it. other than that there are no facilities to make food or drinks or anything so you’ll have to eat/drink everything out. they have little kettles available to take to your room but not much other than that.

location -> perfect! very close to two Chatelet metro stations which provide many kinds of metro lines (one is just 30sec away from the hotel and the other one is one minute away. The latter has ticket machine!) also very close to tourist attractions! staffs -> very kind! room condition -> very good and clean! There are a full-length mirror, toiletries and towels, a closet and hangers, a desk, and a bed with white beddings. I think the room has enough space to spread your suitcase as well. It was great at all and I would like to stay here if I visit Paris again!

The internet connection and wifi is not that fast in the room.

Fantastic location. You could not ask to be in a better position from which to view and explore Paris. Hotel is located right near the metro entrance too. Everything is in walking distance. Fantastic pastry shop just around the corner.

These are minor things, but would improve the stay. Shower leaked and so made the bathroom quite wet. The room could have done with a small bar fridge and kettle. I think these are essential items when travelling and staying in a room for more than 1 night.

This is the fifth time we have stayed here over the past 10 years. Love it! Excellent location, within easy walking distance to Louvre, Orsay, Orangerie, Latin district, restaurants. Grocery store next door-perfect to buy sandwiches, buns, mini pizza, quick little meals and wine. Staff is friendly. Across the street from Metro stop. Fresh towels every day. Bring your own wash cloths. Comfortable bed, with clean sheets. Hotel has elevator. Some rooms have renovated bathrooms and newer carpet. Good price. This hotel is right in the middle of a busy area, expect some noise but with windows closed it is okay.

Lovely little hotel with equally lovely, helpful staff. There is a family feel to it. The room was basic and simple, but absolutely perfect for my needs, with a metro entrance almost on the doorstep. It's in a busy area of Paris so expect some street noise and come prepared with earplugs if you're a light sleeper. For the location, the price was very reasonable by my standards. There aren't any frills, but - this is Paris! The frills are all around outside! You're not going to be spending the day in your hotel room. If I'm lucky enough to go back to Paris and there was availability, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has an amazing location, 1-5 min to markets, caffes, restaurants, shops, metro station. 10-15 min to the Louve and Notre Dame. It's clean, room service comes every day and you have towels, shampoo, hair dryer. Nothing fancy, the room was small but comfortable. There was a heather so you could adjust the temperature. The staff is friendly.

The bathroom was very small, the room in general as well. The sound isolation was bad also.
