The location, big and comfy room

My check out time was at 5am due to my flight, the receptionist was sleeping at this time when the taxi came to pick me that was clear from his look, he called me and was shouting taxi has arrived and I need to pay city tax before leaving, he keept calling me every 5 min and shouting that I'm late for the taxi (the taxi came 15 min earlier) and need to pay the city tax, when I was doing my process of checking out he was doing every thing fast so he can complete his sleep, he became more angry when I asked him to print me an invoice, even I told him thank you but he didn't replay. This guy doesn't fit to work in this nice hotel, I dealt with him in earlier time in a day not in a late night his behaviour was bad to all clients.

Location was perfect. Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating which was greatly appreciated. We arrived early due to our flight and were not able to check into a room, however our luggage was stored and that was nice. I would have appreciated being able to get into 1 of the rooms for restroom facilities and a place to freshen up, but that was understandable. It just didn't appear to be fully booked since our arrival was on a Wednesday morning so I would have thought at least 1 of our booked rooms would have been free.

Breakfast was fine, however not as many options as other hotels we have stayed at. Also - didn't love having to choose a time to show up for breakfast. Room was nice, clean and comfortable - a little small. Didn't like have the toilet area separate from the shower area.

The hotel was centrally located near the Louvre and multiple Metro stations, which made it a great base from which to visit all the attractions the city has to offer. While it had no views of the Paris skyline, the way the rooms were oriented toward a small interior courtyard, made up for the lack of views with a quiet, peaceful environment conducive to a great night's sleep!

As is typical of most European hotels, the room was very, very small with minimal lounging space (no comfy seating), minimal space in the bathroom (no double vanities or counter space), and no bureau in which to place folded clothes. The hotel will work well for people who choose to spend the day exploring the city and use the hotel simply as a home base at which to sleep and prepare for a day of exploring.

This hotel was booked by me for my mom, but I was there during her stay and can surely say, that this place is just great! Very new, very fresh, excellent AC working in the room, all the cranes in the WC are new, everything is just perfect. As per her reference, the breakfast was also really great. The hotel itself is very small, but really focused on hospitality. Thank you, it was really nice!

The only thing I can point out here is that for the night the hotel's doors are closed - which is a need in Paris for sure - but it's impossible to open them with your room key, so each time when you return late, you have to wake up the receptionist and make him open the door for you manually. The rest is just fine.

The hotel was central and great for being able to walk to many places easily. For other places we visited the hotel reception staff booked us a taxi. The Louvre is practically next door (a 5-minute walk) and there are so many cafes/bars on the same street as the hotel. If you are feeling absolutely wiped after walking around the city all day, it's so nice that you can eat close by and then have a very short walk back to the hotel to relax. The hotel was lovely, very modern, and clean, I loved the bathroom. The staff were all lovely, very professional, and friendly, we bothered one of the girls for water, bath robes, and the steamer when we got locked out of our safe and when my husband lost his sunglasses and she was so nice and helpful with everything (I think her name was Alizee? - sorry I can't remember!). The lady who organizes the breakfast is very chic every morning and also super helpful, smiley, and has positive vibes. Breakfast is good, lots of options for everyone, including gluten-free and dairy-free, which was great for me! We had a great time in Paris and were very happy with the hotel.

Nothing - everything was great.

The hotel is in a very good location, as well as near the metro, so even more distant locations are easily accessible. The rooms are not too spacious, but they are enough for a pleasant stay. The beds are very comfortable and everything is clean and well organized. The breakfast is varied and delicious. However, the strongest impression is the welcome donuts 😁

The only thing we didn't like was that we couldn't stay longer.

Location of this boutique hotel is excellent. Everything we wanted was within walking distance - even the Rodin Museum and Les Invalides. Louvre,Tuileries, Musee d'Orsay, river, bridges from which to watch the sun setting, good cafes and restaurants and shops all easily walkable. Breakfast was lovely the one day we had it (but extra at 22 euros on our tariff) and we preferred to wander up to a cafe for a French breakfast(cafe creme, orange juice and croissant) for 8 euros with atmosphere and people watching free! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were quiet. Good air con. Good black out curtains.

The size of the room was small but that is part of the charm of this lovely hotel building. Well designed so had everything you need and the bathroom was good.

Perfect location! Minutes walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame, Shakespeare and Co bookstore and the Seine. So many dining options nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff worked with me with extras (champagne and cheese/bread upon our arrival) and other tickets. Amenities like the coffee and tea machine and refrigerator in the room was lovely, great closet space, clean room always, toiletry offerings and Japanese toilet with comfortable options was a very nice surprise.

Nothing. We’d definitely stay here again.

Staff was great. Great Beds. Really Comfy. Awesome location! Rooms were extremely clean and the staff was exceptionally quick, prompt and always eager to help. Really spacious room (especially considering the location). Also, the staff speaks several languages. Props to Gerardo (Speaks 6-8 languages) !

I got double booked by booking.com but when I checked in the Front Desk (Gerardo) was fantastic. In essence the hotel itself is great, Booking.com however did commit a mistake.

Excellent location and staff. I’d especially like to mention Camille. She checked us in on Wednesday 9/13 about mid day. She was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. She even remembered our names later in the day and days after we checked in. Great job!

As with any metropolitan area, there were a couple of homeless people in the area late at night. We never felt unsafe or threatened. I only mention it because some inexperienced travelers may not be aware that will be present anywhere.
