the staff were amazing from the minute we arrived - location is great scooters nearby - 5 mins to Tuileries gardens the bed and bathroom were very nice seriously this was an incredible find in Paris ! hidden gem - usually you get old, over priced and poor service in Paris but with Maison albar pont neuf - wow these guys showed that great service, a big smile and just doing a little extra can really make a stay memorable for my daughter and myself on multiple days they left my daughter little treats in our room - they offered us free water - seems crazy for that to be a big things but it’s the little things that make a stay memorable thanks to all the staff at Maison albar pont neuf

Location was amazing, the room was perfect in every way and I cannot say enough good things about the staff and service which were top notch in every way. Special thanks to Max who kindly arranged for an alternative room when I was not satisfied with the room I was given, Dinelly who arranged for a doctor when I unfortunately got food poisoning, and Chadi who gave me the best restaurant recommendations. But also a Special thanks to all the staff who were all amazing in every way. You all definitely made me feel that I was staying at my home away from home….

A beautiful little hotel in a great location but most importantly the people are very nice, welcoming and professional. The concierge Mr Harish was helpful and friendly as well as the rest of the reception team and the dinning room team. Bed is comfortable. Nice breakfast.

The room is rather small.. and if you face the street it could be a bit noisy at night but not too bad. Try to ask for a quiet room at the back. This is not a reason to miss this hotel as the advantages are far more significant.

The location is simply the best in Paris. The Superior double rooms were compact but very comfortable and luxurious. The hotel, deco, facilities and spa are really high end and the staff were very friendly, professional and helpful from day one. The breakfast had everything you would need, with high-quality products, including some delicious Madeleines. The restaurant, Odette, looks wonderful and has a very talented chef.

We wished they included some vegetarian/vegan main dishes in the restaurant's menu. The chef improvised a lovely vegetarian dish at our request though.

Cute, beautiful little hotel. Conveniently located regarding walking around and easy access to lots of tubes lines. 5 minutes from the Seine. Staff super smiling and wants to help.

Street by itself not the best and a bit noisy at night with drunk people passing through and homeless leaving around. Not shabby but lots of contrast. Staff could benefit from a bit of a training. Room service didn't know anything about the patisseries a la carte which is strange when it is something you are promoting at the hotel. The cleaning lady was doing our room each time we came back around 7pm and didn't come back to finish when we just stayed 45mn. Not a big deal really but as a 5 stars hotel you just expect a 5 stars service.

The hotel was great. It is in Paris, so was not expecting large rooms. It would have been nicer to have a little extra room, but it certainly did not damper our experience. The staff was great. Cannot say enough about the concierge team, especially Harish, who was extraordinary and added to our overall experience. The entire staff was very kind, professional and friendly. The hotel amenities were enjoyed and there wasn't anything that we'd asked for that we did not receive. Location, location and location is everything! This hotel was perfectly located in the heart of the city.

Breakfast was good, but could be a little better. More assortment and possibly an extra half hour would suffice for those who are not used to breakfast ending at 10:30am.

It’s new property with a good design. The location is really nice, near to best places in Paris. The staff in the morning is very friendly and kind. The welcoming was wonderful.

I am à frequent traveller to Paris and this was my first stay in Maison Albar Hotels Le Pont-Neuf. The hotel is a gem and the staff utterly charming. The facilities are wonderful and the location just perfect.

I liked the spacious room, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent.

We arrived late in the evening and we were disappointed by the lack of drinking water in the room. Water was brought only the next day in the evening. It was strange..
