Great location. There is a direct bus (31) from Gare du Nord to right outside the hotel which runs every few minutes. There is Malesherbes metro about 5 minutes walk away. It is very easy to get into and around Paris from the hotel. I was given a warm and friendly welcome from Teddy at reception. He was helpful and polite and speaks some English which made checking in very easy. Richard and Thomas were also friendly and helpful too. The guys all made my stay very pleasant and relaxed. They have a good sense of humour, were good fun and tres charmant! My room was a nice size and just the right temperature. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and my room was cleaned each day. The water was lovely and hot for the shower. I had everything I needed. I had the breakfast at the hotel (optional) in the small but pleasant dining area. Baguette, croissants with tea/coffee which I enjoyed. Very reasonable rates. This is a very pleasant little hotel which gives you a small taste of Parisian life. Thank you to all the staff for such a wonderful stay.

I had a great stay and would happily stay again if I visit Paris again.

It was a spacious single room with lovely view at the corner on the 2nd floor. I had the desk to work and en-suite bathroom. Bed was comfortable and it’s very quiet outside at night. The neighbourhood is lovely and has lots of nice restaurants , bakery and supermarket . There is also a yoga studio. It’s an area more for locals than for tourists . The staff is lovely and try to help with luggage, as there is no lift, reset internet and holding luggage until I got my train home. It was a longish stay during fashion week and it was really lovely.

Internet is a bit slow and there is carpet on the floor (but we are in Paris ;)

Lovely family-run local hotel, super clean and safe - and the area is slightly more residential so packed with great restaurants without the price tag of central Paris! Staff were super nice and accommodating, knowing a bit of French helps anywhere in France, but they went out of their way to make my stay memorable!

Nothing I didn’t like, but I did notice some other reviews… I mean, it’s a 2* hotel in Paris, don’t expect fluffy towels and concierge service! It’s a clean bed in a quiet area to rest for the night and prep for wonderful days exploring the city.

Very friendly staff, always helping out with advice, water or keeping our luggage safe. The double bed was comfy and a spacious and clean bathroom. There was also a 24 h reception.

A duvet for a single bed would be nice because the one we had is not ideal for people with allergies.

It is a decent hotel, if you want a place to rest instead of luxury, this is the place. Room is clean, bed is soft and staff are friendly and helpful.

Ideal location, very handy for getting the metro. Staff were really friendly. Were able to leave your key there during the day meaning you didn’t have to worry about losing it!

The hospitality is excellent. I appreciated every minute I spent at cosy. It was as well convenient, would buy anything I needed as it is right in town

The hotel is situated in a lovely area, close to many stations, bus stops and shops. It is very clean and staff friendly, helpful and honest.

I had an early flight and didn't have breakfast.

It smelled very strongly of bleach. Nice to know it was clean but not a nice smell.
