Perfect location 20 min walk to Champs Elisees, metro few min walk. Room had water cooker and a small fridge, big comfortable bed, and spacious bathroom. Balcony with table and chairs, we could enjoy nice view drinking morning coffee. Breakfast was really tasty. We enjoyed our stay and we are definitely recommending that hotel.

The staff were excellent v helpful. When we checked in they changed our room so could have connecting one! 10 mins walk to metro but district lovely away from busy tourist areas, had some lovely little bistros to eat. Place de DR Félix Lobligois was pretty with lots of choice. We didn’t have breakfast in hotel as loads of places to have coffee and croissant.

Room small but that is what expect from Paris, no toiletries in one room where toiletries in the other. But had our own anyway so wasn’t problem. It wasn’t made aware on book.com that tax was added so was slightly more expensive than what we thought it was so bare in mind when booking.

Pretty much everything was perfect for our stay - great location (we like walking so was nice to have 40 mins into the center to see all the streets), close by to Basilica which is just amazing! Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Especially Ben - he helped us get our taxi's most days and spoke very good English. Also the lady who served us on the bar in the evening - she made our experience!

The only thing I will say is the rooms were very warm and the air conditioning wasn't the best

Beautiful modern, very clean, quiet and pleasant to stay hotel, with kind and helpful staff. The room was tiny but the bathroom and the balcony were excellent. I appreciated the coffee and tea makers. The hotel was a bit far from the all nearest metro stations, but the location was in a nice and authentic Parisian neighbourhood.

My only complaint was about the poor quality of wifi connection.

Everything was great. Very polite staff, super clean room, well equipped, very comfy bed, very good breakfast. Even though we arrived at 2:30am, even the night security gentleman was super nice and very helpful. Thank you!

We did get two connected rooms as requested, however the doors were locked, so we had to do one parent with one child in each room. And we were given one room for disabled people. Which is not a big deal, just not what we would have chosen.

Value for money, clean, friendly people, comfortable and nice rooms.

I found the staff in the breakfast area quite friendly. However, there was one major drawback during our visit: the noise level. The clattering of dishes and utensils was so loud that it became a significant annoyance. At one point, it was almost headache-inducing. While the staff's friendliness is appreciated, the excessive noise greatly detracted from the overall breakfast experience. It would be beneficial for the establishment to address this issue to create a more pleasant atmosphere for guests.

The room was comfortable with a decent size compared to hotels we've stayed at in populated Asian cities. The bathroom was modern and clean with a separate toilet (which was a plus) and hot water. The balcony was also bigger than expected with a beautiful view of the neighborhood. There was a cafe next door, restaurants, a small pharmacie and laundry place so it was definitely convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The nearest station was about 10mins away which was easy to get to. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel. The price is worth the experience!

Something I thought was missing in the room is a bidet by the toilet, but I'm not sure if that's uncommon in Paris as it was our first time as Asian tourists.

Quiet area (as in not touristic), restaurants and pastry shops nearby, close to metro stations and bus stops, delicious breakfast with plenty of sweet and savoury options, nice room with Nespresso machine, contemporary design throughout the hotel, and luxurious Nuxe cosmetics in brand new bathroom.

Duvets were not suitable for warmer months, we were absolutely sweating. There was quite a lot of noise from the street which is probably expected if you keep the window opened. We also ordered takeaway breakfast on our last morning due to early flight and this wasn't ready at the booked time, did not contain coffee or sandwich which was really disappointing as breakfast was delicious when eating in.

very nice hotel away from crowded of city and 20 min by metro or bus to Champs eylsee the room with balcony was little bit small but warm and comfortable and clean and the housekeepers are respectful and can be trusted as we forgot our credit card and after we came back we found it in same place 👍🏻

only comment that I have as we are 2 female only we needed assistance in our heavy luggage but no body will help in that so I suggest to provide this service in future.

The rooms were modern, clean and spacious enough for 2 people (couple). Looked as per the images, balcony was nice to sit on in the mornings. Hotel accommodated an earlier check-in for us and the buffet breakfast was a good start to the day!

The location was fine, however a 10 minute walk to the nearest train station - Point Cardinet. Thought it would be a shorter walk, but overall easy to walk and get too.
