The location is great. It takes only two minutes to reach the metro (which was the only transport we used to get to any location in Paris). Some words about breakfast. It's a kind of American breakfast and it includes: Omelette, sausages, eggs to be boiled, meat and cheese cuttings, several kinds of yogurt, fresh fruits and vegetables, freshly baked pastry: bread, baguettes, croissants, and other sweet pastry. It also includes cornflakes, pancakes and different drinks such as coffee and juices. The stuff was great and always eager to help.

Staff was great. Room was spotless. Excellent maid service. Easy check in and check out.

I know it’s Paris, but value could be better. Also room size could be a little bit larger. Not a complaint, just a comment.

This hotel is a real insider tip. It is very centrally located. Metro 3 "Wagram" 1 minute away. Arc de Triumph only 10 minutes away on foot. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The rooms are very well maintained and cleaned daily. The breakfast is excellent, especially the large selection convinced me. The price-performance ratio is extremely good. I was also impressed by the view from the balcony on the 7th floor. The hotel is typically French and worth a stay. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute! Merci!

Without question the staff made our stay here. Both Maylou and the gentleman on check in were so helpful, always friendly and up for a laugh. They were a pleasure to deal with and exactly why I’d rebook this hotel. we got a free upgrade to a deluxe king room. The room was spotless, spacious and so comfortable. The bed was pure heaven after a day of walking and the rainfall shower was bliss. Nice safe part of town, with plenty of choice for eating and bakeries. Very near the lovely Monceau Park, about 10minutes.

It’s a little bit of a walk from the main tourist hub of Paris. About 20mins from the arc de triomphe. Not an issue if you have decent shoes and are prepared for it.

Hotel is very nice, it is not huge, but thanks to that it is not like typical chain one. You will find great hospitality, willingness to help and huge smile from everyone. We went for a customer trip, and we loved the place. Hotel is very close to Arc de Triumph and Eiffel Tower. This is walking distance. Also the subway is 2 minutes from the hotel. Getting to Gare du Lyon is approx 15-20 minutes. I find hotel as a great place. Room itself is comfortable, bed is very good and pillows were soft and nice. And, I have to admit that you will communicate in English on a highest level! I do recommend for everyone!

Really beautiful, clean, and quiet rooms, especially ones with a balcony. A good sized bathroom too and extremely friendly staff. In a quiet neighborhood, so very little street noise. Close to the metro - less than 5 min walk - some beautiful parks and gardens, and a beautiful walking neighborhood. I would definitely come back.

It’s a little far from the rest of attractions in Paris but very close to the metro to get to places.

Very clean spaces, regular room cleaning, excellent staff, very helpful and willing to provide assistance and information for us getting to Paris for the first time, very good catering department, large variety of breakfast options and coffees/juices/milk/anything you may have needed. Located near metro and train station, very nice place for a walk, I would recommend this hotel 100% for anyone who wants to visit Paris and stay at a hotel with easy access to all sightseeing.

Graziana and the rest of the team were so kind. It was my 60th birthday. They put balloons in the room, a special welcome and a little present. The room was lovely and cosy, beautifully clean, with a balcony which I had asked for. Fantastic area, good restaurants, lovely and clean. Metro nearby. When we come back to Paris, we will definitely stay again.

No iron, they gave us some small board but it’s horrible and iron is also not working well really

The hotel was nicely decorated in a art deco style making the most of the space. the quality in the details brought to the elegance food at breakfast was obviously as well selected with care of course what makes the ultimate difference is the people : the staff was genuinely nice (a special to the man who do the Night Shift and recommended the best bakery in the neighborhood)
