The location of the hotel was excellent. close to the Arc de Triumph and the Champs Elysee. The hotel was clean and comfortable and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. A special big thank you to Andre who worked on the night shift for all his help.

The location is great being a residential area. Close to metro and buses and nice restaurants but away from the main tourists. The nearest big attraction is the Arc de triomphe, which is a really good place to visit.

The hotel is having an issue with bookings.com in that their shared portal has been compromised, and we were scammed ahead of our arrival. We ended up paying twice, and sadly, the hotel did not give us the heads up before we travelled out. The IT scam is incredibly professional and easy to fall for. To avoid it, just do not pay over a link or in advance. Pay at the check-in desk, and you'll be fine. Apparently, many hotels are affected, and the scammers intercept genuine email correspondence between guests and the hotel, so it is very hard to spot. Be careful and only pay when you 100% sure you are dealing with the hotel itself. Phone to check if you are even a tiny bit unsure if you asked to pay ahead of arrival. The hotel is lovely and otherwise we enjoyed all of our Paris stay.

The room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There were adequate number of hangers. There were 2 sets of French doors, one set on each side of the room, that opened to balcony and provided a wonderful view of the neighborhood. The neighborhood had a number of restaurants just down the street and we went to a different one every day. The food was delicious at each restaurant. Patisseries were just a few doors away and were excellent. The concierges were helpful in every way and spoke with us in either French or English depending on what we spoke. I know they spoke other languages as well. There is a laundromat, pharmacy, and grocery just a short walk away from the hotel, and other stores for shopping.

It was the first time booking a hotel in Paris, so we do not have an accurate idea of what average or good value for money actually means here. But regarding Pavillon Monceau - We liked the hospitality of the staff, the great location and accessibility. We liked the non-stop reception, the fact that we were allowed to check in earlier with 1h before the specified date, the absolutely comfortable beds( my son is a sensitive sleeper, and here he did not wake up once). The area and Blvd Malesherbes are great, safe, easy access to attractions, to subways, restos and even to a local market, which is not to be missed if around in the week-ends.

Nothing was unexpected, we knew what we booked and we got what we paid for.

We had a room on the sixth floor with two windows and a tiny balcony (maybe two?) we could step out on. The view is very Parisian and the room fairly quiet. Plenty of plugs around the bed and the desk, as well as USB ports. Front desk personnel was kind and helpful. The bus stop is close but the metro is a ten/fifteen minutes walk away. There is a DELICIOUS boulangerie less than a block away, a nice brasserie and a convenience store across the street.

Our room, while quiet and well appointed, was ridiculously small. There were maybe 15-20cm of space around the bed. Opening the doors to the room, bathroom and closet was like playing a game of Tetris, it had to be done in a certain order or my partner and I could not fit. There was a window we never opened because the suitcase rack was in front of it.

The hotel was very nice, the room was nice and clean, quiet, near kosher restaurants, and grocery store, Metro station is 10-15 min walking, and 5 min from bus station. We took a family room which was: 1 living room and 1 bedroom, in roof floor and small roof balcony, with air condition and fair price.

The hotel is located in 17 arr. not near the center of Paris, and need to Metro and busses to the interesting sites, approx. 20-30 minutes by the Metro or combination of bus and Metro

We loved this stay! We wanted to upgrade our room and they were able to meet all our asks! The room was so big and spacious! The beds were ridiculously comfortable and they were great at helping us get a baby cot! We also left our belongings in the cupboard after our stay and the staff were so helpful at organising them to be sent to us! I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Really nice restaurants near by and also 15-20 minute drives to main attractions!

The room has a nice little balcony and two chairs to enjoy time outside. There was plenty of room for our suitcases and things. Lots of plugs, desk, USB ports. The walls, carpet, paint and linens are very fresh and new looking.

The room was very noisy as it faced the main road. We couldn't stay very long on the balcony because of the noise. There was no full size mirror (present in a much smaller room we stayed at in the same hotel) and the angled faucet design in the bathroom was challenging.

Location was fantastic very safe and lots of restaurants around and most importantly super market just across the street from the hotel . It was clean .. the phone in the room was not working.

The staff was polite but did not pay attention to our needs at all not even small things like replenishing the tea coffee in the room , the front desk staff was not at all hospitable and didn’t want to help us in anyway.

The location is perfect, the staff is gentle and kind. The bed was extremely comfortable! I haven’t had the chance to try the breakfast.

I would have been happier if they change the towels more often since the room was not very big (but enough) and the towels couldn’t get dry during the day - it gave the smell of humidity. Anyway I would stay there again. I recommend it.
