Exceptional service. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel. The staff was ALWAYS nice, friendly, and willing to help We wanted to stay closer to the main tourist attractions without spending too much money in accommodation and this was the best place we could stay. Very good value for money for the location. Its es very well connected as there are several metro lines nearby… the neighbourhood is very lively, you have both tourist and local life. With lots of bars, restaurants and open until late. Not busy at all during the nights There is also nice to have free coffee in the afternoons The rooms and installation are as shown in the pictures For sure I’m returning to visit Paris with my partner and will stay here again Merci 😊

There was nothing negative that affected my stay here.

The rooms were really cute, a little small but enough for myself alone! My room was on the 5th floor so I had a really nice view of the streets outside, the bathrooms were good quality and water warmed up super quickly which is not always a given! The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, all knew English too so my bad French wasn't a total disaster! They eventually even knew my room number when I walked in to collect my keys. I really had a good time staying there and would come back again!

It's a shame that there is no refrigerator or kettle in the bedroom, instead you have to make the trip down to the entrance where they offer free bottles of water and hot drinks, but it is a bit of a shlep when you're already in your pyjamas and decide you want some tea!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had all of the amenities that were needed. The staff was delightful in making accommodations, giving free water bottles, and also keeping the hotel safe. There was always a staff member on site, and they were all willing to help. There were also complementary hot drinks and pastries throughout the day. The elevator made it easy to move our luggage to and from our room. The hotel was in a great location, and the tourist attractions were only a 20-25 minute metro away, and the CDG airport was a train ride away. There were also some great food options in the area.

Unfortunately, there is no A/C, and there were not enough fans for guests. We were unable to get a fan during our stay.

Me and a few of my friends stayed at this hotel for a few nights in December. The hotel itself is small but it is extremely friendly and very cosy. The people at reception are always very helpful and so nice. They were giving us recommendations for food and how to get around Paris. The location is amazing. You are so close to all the public transport which is very easy to use. And the area itself is beautiful and nice and quiet. If you’re looking a for quick stay in Paris I would definitely recommend.

there’s no kettle in the room, you have to go downstairs get a cup of tea and it’s closed after midnight. there was no towel in the room, I have to ask for a towel from the reception.

Location is really good, near to a metro Station (Ligne 5) and 5 minutes walking from Place de la République to go anywhere in Paris. I was really surprised upon arrival, the facilities are good, the bedroom had enough space for 3 people and they even offer free Coffee and Chocolate. Staff was kind and they help you in French and English. They offer continental breakfast for 9.5 euros. In case you are in a hurry it can be a good option.

Room of 3 single beds opening on the courtyard which was super quiet. The person at reception was the most helpful and welcoming.

The staff here are amazing. We were truly taken care of and they even let us check in early when we were clearly very jet lagged from traveling. They recommended places to eat and there was a delicious bakery just across the street. The balcony was amazing and the view was gorgeous. The room was a decent enough size for two people with luggage.

There was a very strong odor in our room. I thought maybe it was just the hotel but my mom stayed here a few nights and her room did not smell. When we opened the balcony doors and let it air out the smell dissipated for the most part.

The location of the hotel is perfect for a short walk from the Gare du Nord and Garde de l’Est and to walk to the centre. The room was very big with a nice bathroom, I didn’t get the one shown in the pictures, but it was quite similar. It didn’t have a coffee machine as shown in the photo, but the hot drinks in the reception were free, so it was even better. It was quite clean overall, so happy with that. The reception staff were great, very attentive, nice and charismatic. I give them 5 stars!

First of all, I woud like to commend the staff. The front man from Carribean. I wasn't able to get his name but he was exceptional. He was very hospitable to us plus he cared a lot to clients that have kid or kids. Keep it up Sir. You did a great job.

Honestly, we had this one day that we need to hurry to meet our family friend somewhere in Paris. We've got no time to tidy our room,so in other words, it was a catastrophic scene. What surprised us was when we got back from strolling around, our room was already tidied up. My husband didn't like it because the housekeeping just went into our room without permission. I explained anyway that that is how the business works a lot of times. So it is very important to not never forget to leave any personal or expensive belongings. No one to blame but us if anything is missing.Lesson learned. Never leave your room like it was after a war.Lol
