I've stayed in this hotel before, and was pleased to stay again. It's a 20 minute walk from Gare du Nord and just off République, and there's a very friendly welcome day and night. It's simple, comfortable and well priced, and in an interesting and lively neighbourhood (the 10th) that reminds me of Shoreditch in London. Our room, like all the others on the plan, was small but who goes to Paris to hang out in their hotel? Our room was spotlessly clean and fresh. Something new this stay: Paris seems to have gone mad for 'le Brunch' and there are now three venues serving it on the street, two of them with long queues. We had breakfast at the cafe around the corner every day.

Just quibbles: Some days we got no bathmat, and others, no hand towel. The paper cups for hot drinks feel a bit provisional: You can't really clean them, so you can't have a second drink. Cups or mugs would be nicer :)

Everything - all of the staff are very friendly, my room was consistently cleaned when I was out. Garbage trucks passed everyday and I couldn't hear them despite being on the 1st floor (2nd for Americans) and my window facing the main street. I prefer cosy rooms so this too suited me. I think someone with a giant luggage would need to squeeze in a bit though. The location is amazing and very walkable with good access to the metros. I especially loved the bakery on the corner and the next door asian takeaway.

Room's lighting can be a bit too dim (a bit annoying when doing makeup), the bathroom can be a bit cold but these very minor.

The location was amazing, and authentic neighbourhood of Paris with really good food all around, full of life and close to public transport. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The hotel offered to keep out luggage after check-out so that we didn't need to carry it around on the last day of the trip. It is also nice that the reception is available 24/7.

I feel like the cleanliness of the rooms can be improved. You could see the dust gather up on the socks. There were a few other minor inconveniences: The hot water was barely warm enough to comfortably shower, there was no shower shelf, the shaver outlet in the bathroom was not working and the bathroom had a sliding door instead of a normal door.

We loved the general location of where this hotel was situated. It is around so many cafes and restaurants and also a convenience store just across the street. The access to the metro is also a short two minute walk and made travelling to our destinations a breeze! The room we stayed in was exceptionally clean and modern. We definitely appreciated the daily room services with new towels and a cleaned up room! The beds was surprisingly comfortable, we both had an amazing nights rest and woke up feeling refreshed. The breakfast was also pretty good, it's basic but it gets the job done for what you need to start your day (Croissant/Baguette/Salami slices/ Cheese & spreads) They also provide a variety of different coffee types, I enjoyed the cappuccino that was offered. The receptionists that we dealt with were extremely helpful and kind! We could not be anymore happier with the service we got.

There were very few things that we did not like. The main one is that the cards issued to open our doors kept getting d-magnitized. I've never encountered this at any hotel I've stayed that contained physical cards, these ones just seemed to be very sensitive when near a smart phone. It had occurred about 4 times during our stay, a little bit of an annoyance however; the reception is always available to help you out with this. The bathroom is a little on the small side and doesn't give you much room to move around freely.

This is an excellent hotel, very pleasant staff at the reception. The hotel is clean and modern, setting it apart from other higher-rated but outdated hotels in the area. The space is efficiently used, with every square centimeter comfortably utilized, ensuring you find everything you need in the right place. An added bonus is the HolyBelly cafe, which is perfect for breakfast (be prepared for a long queue on the weekend). I genuinely recommend this hotel for a stay.

The room was quite chilly in December. If you plan to stay in this hotel during winter, don't forget to bring your slippers and warm pajamas for comfort.

Small, cozy hotel with one of the best locations in Paris, including 3 different metro stations within 400 meters. The hotel has 2 stars, but I was really very pleasantly surprised by the high level. The room was a nice size, the bathroom was large and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was typically French and was served, which in itself is luxury. But the most important thing: all the employees were fantastically friendly and accommodating. I felt really welcome every single day. The hotel is highly recommended and I will definitely come again.

Every staff were so friendly. A room was cozy and clean. The room I stayed had a space that baggage can be opened up and do some set-ups. I really loved slanted windows that the room had. When I opened it I saw roofs and sky that made me realizing I'm in Paris right now. At a location, there are supermarket, bakery, restaurants : including famous ones and bars then quite near from metro station, so sounds perfect.

Only one thing I wish for the hotel is a refrigerator would be in the room. At the good point, I mentioned the location, but it means quite NOISY at night.

Our room was a little small which I think is normal for Paris, but it was very comfortable. The bed was also comfortable. Tea and coffee making was available. The hotel was a very short walk from the nearest metro, and there is a small supermarket just across the street, The staff were all very friendly.

There was only 2 t-bags left per day, and 2 coffee sachets. But only 2 milk sachets. So as a couple, we could only have one cup of tea or coffee each per day. A bit mean, but a small gripe.

Perfect location, very-very clean, super friendly staff. Everything was very comfortable, I adore the view from the window and drinking coffee with this view) a lot of shops and cafes around, delicious bakery on the corner near the hotel. Probably best location I’ve met in Paris (reasonable price vs comfort)

Nothing that can be mentioned. I’ve read before about a small bathroom, however, there was enough space for me, and the bathroom is modern itself

It is very well located, 15 minutes walk from the North/East train station, 10 minutes walk to Place de la Republique. There is a supermarket across the street, a boulangerie just at the corner of the the street but there are many more including restaurants & bars. The room is quite spacious comparing with other 3 stars hotels I tried before. It is very clean and they keep it that way while you stay. The staff friendly and helpful. Always, there is someone at the reception and you can store the luggage there. Excellent value for money! Totally recommend it!
