The breakfast was very good, and available until 2 pm. The free cake, and purified water, is always available, which was nice. We really liked the location of the hotel: close to the center and in a residential neighborhood with plenty of nice restaurants and pubs around. The staff were very helpful and kind. The room had a small balcony, which is a plus.

We knew that the rooms were small; so, small room is fine. But, the usage and interior arrangement of such a small room could and should be improved. That is, in my view, the space in the room could be more optimally used. Also, the hotel policy on early arrivals and late departures is a little discomforting. Some serious money is charged if you want to enter a little early or leave a little late. (We did not need such an arrangement, but we have observed that this caused trouble for some people.)

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It gave me comfort for the trip to know that you can ask for help like giving umbrellas for us in the rainy day, serving us with water and snacs on arrival and departure. We also left our luggage after checkout. We had a car and you can park on the street if you are tired and move it in the morning without. A car parking garage is close by to store for longer parking and you can carry your lugggage easily from there. The breakfast is perfect if you want to experienre france in the city area.

Well, I got stuck in a lift with a partner, we were both completely fine with the situation. The staff were very quick to help us and call an engineer to get us out, we were out within 30 minutes and offered free cocktails every night although we didn’t expect anything as we weren’t harmed by the situation. This didn’t affect our stay at all and had a fantastic time with this hotel. The staff were amazing the entire time, very clean place except a bit of dust under the bed which can be expected, breakfast was fantastic and just enough to start the day. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was small but perfect for us. Very happy to have stayed with this hotel and would stay again :)

The location in the 15 ar. was a lovely look into Parisian life, away from tourists. Near bakeries, cafes, butchers, markets, restaurants, shops, and a 30 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower! The staff were exceptional- so friendly and helpful. I would love to stay here again.

The room was a bit tight for two people with 2 carry-ons and 2 backpacks. However, it was enough space for 2 nights/2 days. The comfortable bed and Orso-hotel exclusive soaps and lotions made up for the lack of space.

The room and the simplicity of the design. Loved the concept of the place and the friendliness of the staff. They were very helpful. I mistakenly have booked an extra night on a non refundable package. Yet they were supportive enough to provide me with an alternative if I can spend couple of hours before my taking off to airport by the end of my trip. I didn’t use this but they were welcome to help on this and this is true hospitality.

If they can provide umbrellas when it’s raining they would add up point to them.

The entire experience at this hotel was exceptional: the staff, the service, the room and the attention to small details. It was my birthday during the stay and they have welcomed me with 2 surprises which made my days even sweeter. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. The neighbourhood is very welcoming and peaceful and the metro station is at 1 minute away. I can’t wait to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay with Ami. The hotel staff were very warm and welcoming, and accommodating to our requests. The rooms are nicely designed and the bed was really comfortable (a bit too comfortable making us wake up late for our sightseeing! Lol). Location and area was safe and convenient for transport and lots of interesting shops and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay again and recommend too stay here if you’re visiting Paris!

No kettle to boil water in the room.

For me, the location was ideal (I have a relative nearby and know the neighborhood well). The staff is terrific and the lobby area is cheerful. The room was tiny, tiny but modern and efficient. Electric outlets were numerous and the lighting worked. Having a tiny room translated to a very good price.

The bathroom needed additional towel hooks.

The staff were excellent, very welcoming and helpful. The continental breakfast was delicious and there was homemade cake available every day too ! The location was also excellent, a 5 minute walk to the metro. There were local shops and a view of the Eiffel Tower from our room, but it wasn't noisy at all.

The room was on the small side as was the bathroom and there was only a coffee machine, no facilities to make tea. However, the room was very clean and well presented.
