near mrt we can walk 5 minutes and bus have front of hotels. We have Eiffel view so beautiful. Good reception

The staff were friendly and helpful, the bed made each day with fresh towels. 5min walk to the nearest station. Could get anywhere we needed to within 45mins.

We had the disabled room, even though noone was disabled. Because of this the shower situation wasn't ideal as it made the room soaking wet. The toilet was also high up, which is an odd thing to note but if I was disabled I'd have really struggled. The door was also a struggle to open. Again if you were disabled you'd have struggled more than we did.

The room was great for our stay! I’m from America, so the room size was small for those standards, but more than adequate for me and my husband. The bed was very comfortable, with a medium firmness. There were USB ports on each side of the bed. The shower had great water pressure and the shower head was also very high (close to 7 feet, I think)—good for tall people. It was also quiet at night. Staff was friendly and spoke English well. I liked the trendy decor. It was a six minute walk to the metro and about 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.

The only thing I may have liked was conditioner. There was a shampoo/body wash combo that smelled nice (maybe eucalyptus) but did dry out my hair.

We arrived a few hours early for check in, but the accommodating lady in the reception allowed us to do an early check in since the room was ready. That was nice. Location-wise, it's close to the Eiffel tower - a few minutes of walking. There are also a couple of metro stations nearby the hotel so you have good flexibility in terms of public transpo. The breakfast was okay - quite limited options, but we were happy nevertheless. The lady preparing the breakfast was also exceptionally nice. The room looks just like in the pictures. Cleaning was also done daily. We were allowed to leave our luggage after check out since our flight was late in the evening. The guy in the reception also helped us book a taxi going to the airport.

The rooms have relatively poor soundproofing. We can hear the people from the other room. The room we had was also next to the elevator, so we heard every time someone comes in and out. Also, as stated in the other reviews, the elevator can get 'stuck' in a specific floor (3rd or 4th floor). This happens whenever the last person who used the elevator didn't close the elevator door properly. I guess it's a safety feature. So if this happens, be prepared to climb up a few flights of stairs. But these are just minor ones! We were happy overall with our stay.

Great location, next to many metro stations and lines and 15 mins from Eiffel tower by foot. Next to restaurants, cafes, super markets, bakeries etc. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they even lent us umbrellas to help us go around because of heavy rain. The room was being cleaned every day, new towels etc. Such beautiful decoration and elegant smell everywhere, a happy, nice place to be.

The only down side was the really poor sound proof. The walls must be really thin because you could here almost everything from next rooms, talking, coughing, even the sound when you close the curtains and many more private sounds.....

Maison 46 is a modern hotel masquerading as a classic building in one of Paris' most popular areas. A ten-minute walk puts you at the foot of the Eifel Tower and there are plenty of restaurants and cafés around to keep you occupied. The rooms are comfortably styled, and the bathroom with all high-quality ceramic tiles makes you feel like you're in a more up-scale place than a typical Parisian boutique hotel

Beds are comfortable yet soft (not to everyone's liking) And the breakfast is served in a quaint homestyle way, but we found that the salmon was anything but fresh. Also, watch out for the tiny lightswitches that fit perfectly with the style, but are somehow in the middle of the headrest of the bed!

We love our stay, very easy access! I wish i did book the room with eiffel tower view. But over all the room is just right, cozy and homey. The interior was so stylish and clean. Food was amazing. We did include a breakfast Unfortunately we only able to use it twice coz the 2nd day we have to be out very early for work. The pastries are all newly baked and the hotel lobby smells amazing in the morning. Yum!

Oh they don't have a fridge. Not complimentary bottle water, the cream for coffee was only one and they didn't refill it for our 3 days of stay. We didn't bother to ask for one.

I liked the location, the interior of the hotel is very cozy and beautiful, a very pleasant smell at the entrance. Polite staff. The room was cleaned every day. They accommodated my special request for a view from the room at no extra charge. Metro was nearby.

The biggest problem was the thin walls, I heard other people's conversations, how someone was coughing and other sounds. Also, the water pressure was sometimes very weak, sometimes there was no water at all. They don't seem to make healthy breakfasts, mostly confectionery only (I didn't take breakfast though).

The hotel was great for the price we paid. Staff were friendly and accommodating and most spoke English. Location of the hotel is amazing couple minutes from the metro and 20 min from the Eiffel Tower. And it’s also surrounded with great restaurants and bakeries. It was also pretty quiet and the rooms look great.

My only complaints could be that the water pressure was pretty low but honestly it was bearable and not a deal breaker. Also our safe wasn’t working the first night but we told that to the receptionist and it got fixed the next day.

A unique good quality small hotel 20 mins walk from the Eiffel Tower. we had everything we needed and more. the staff are extremely friendly and the overall welcoming form atmosphere to warmth which came from Antoinette was simply incredible. I will most certainly stay again when I visit Paris.

The only thing I could honestly say negative about this hotel was that there was no space to put our suitcase. I had to put it on the floor over at the window against the wall and bed underneath the bed stand so we wouldn’t trip over it. we were there for a week and if I had a suitcase stand or more space for clothing this could have been utilised and gave us more flexibility around the room as the rooms are small. it’s only a small detail as there are no wardrobes or drawers for your clothes. the racking system provided only had 4 coat hangers on it and shelving was utilised for kettle, safe and our smaller bags. I couldn’t put items of clothing above a steaming kettle with a child in the room.
