Hotel Danemark has 14 rooms on 5 floors serviced by a tiny lift. It is close to 3 different metro stations which was perfect for getting to all of the tourist destinations. The staff were fantastic and very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and our room had an ironing board and iron. There was a small supermarket nearby and plenty of restaurants/cafes/bakeries etc nearby. The neighbourhood is relatively quiet and we felt safe walking around at different times during the night/day.

Our room was small and dated but clean and the hand held shower in the bath tub took a bit of getting used to. There was no overhead shower. At times the AC did not turn on as it was set not to be turned on when outside temp wasn’t hot enough..Occasionally we could hear the occupants of the room next door when they were on the phone. Fresh towels daily would have been nice too.

Good location, very close to Metro and less than 2 minutes to some great restaurants. Quite a quiet neighbourhood too. Friendly staff, all speaking very good English and all very helpful. 24 hour desk which made coming and going really easy. Very comfortable beds and decent sized room with extra pillows and blankets available. Windows fully opened onto the street which was lovely. Very clean and well stocked Bathroom with a decent sized Bath. Easy check in and out and quick communication during the booking process with planning for arrival times etc.

Shower was just the bath attachment, but this was a minimal issue as we only stayed the 1 night and water pressure was still decent. Lift was very small, making the stairs an easier option. If you require the use of a wheelchair thrn I would say it would be a difficult fit, or if you are a sz 14 plus (as me and my friend both are), it could be a little too tight in there. Obviously, this was restricted by the building but perhaps choose a more accessible hotel or book a ground floor room if possible if needed.

such a lovely hotel, the front desk staff were extraordinary, so kind, so nice, so pleasant =) thank you the area and location is my favorite in Paris the beds are extremely comfortable check out is at noon

Small hotel situated in a good location and friendly staff made us our stay comfortable We arrived earlier than our check in time but they let us check in that time which was very nice Good walking distance to Gare de Monparnass and lots of local restaurants (not for tourists only) and even lots of local shops such as fruit/veg shop, hair salons, small supermarkets, fish mongers etc…

Breakfast starts at 7:00 which was too late for my friend who had to catch a train at 7:00

The Hotel is located in a central location next to the Luxembourg gardens and very close to public transportation. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The elevator is very small and tight but it is to be expected at an old building, you may have some difficulty if you have too many luggage. Public transport to Orly airport is difficult at night time so consider taking a Taxi for late flights.

amazing location - STAFF were so nice and friendly. for your info, this is a brilliant budget hotel but it’s really clean and a breakfast was fresh bread pastries , cheese , yogurt, apple purée , jams , chocolate , coffee orange - so really filling to start your day. each day staff straightens to room, normally I don’t like this but after a each day of lots of sight seeing it was very much welcomed :) again lovely friendly staff. Pa the bed was super comfy sleeper really well .

Room very clean and not too small (considering the Parisian standard). It was warm and the bed particularly comfortable. The position op the hotel is pretty good, both for the connection to airport and to central Paris.

Well, Paris is not for free of course... But in February it is not high season...

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is in a quiet street but close to Luxemburg Gardens, Metro stations and huge selection of restaurants. Room was big by Paris standards and cleaned daily.

One small problem was shower was difficult to use as no hook on wall to clip shower head onto. Bath in room.

We mostly liked the location, room but more over the receptionist lady was excellent. So much helpful, kind and professional.

One of the reason to book this hotel was having their parking in the booking.com app. Unfortunately, it was not the case and had to use regular Indigo car park near by. It has to be clearly checked by booking.com before giving this kind of information.

Snug rooms and a handheld shower- but for location & value for money it was excellent. Lively,bustling , typical Parisien area but very quiet overnight. Breakfast was really good, bed really comfy with fresh ,white linens.

Again I think for the money -you can't complain, especially in central Paris. Lots of hotels are small.
