The hotel staff was amazing. They were very welcoming, considerate, and friendly, such as the housekeeper Rose and the front desk, who checked us in. Rose did above and beyond and made us coffee when she saw us being exhausted from a long flight while we were waiting for an early check-in; and the front desk staff helped put our luggage away (a lot of stuff), arranged taxi and gave us lots of helpful information multiple times. Everybody was so polite and kind, and everything went well despite the protests in the city. We were really happy with our experience. The hotel rooms are not big, but they are very good value, in good location, and we got what we needed. Besides that, there is a good restaurant right across the street. It's called Le Falstaff, really good food, good drinks and friendly staff. Highly recommend Hotel Renoir. We'll go back for sure. Thank you to the hotel staff for their hospitality. I loved the location. Very close to the Gare of Montparnasse and in front of the small Notre Dame church. A beautiful neighborhood with many possibilities to eat and shop, and very close to 2 metro stations. The staff is very educated and polite and made our stay very pleasant.

When I entered in my room I wanted to see the flowers like in the photo, but I saw none. The bathroom is OK, but it looks like a bit old style.

The room was clean and ample (1 queen and 2 twins) for a family of 4 adults (parents and young adults). Except for a burnt out hair dryer and on some days short of towels, all else went well. The location is great, lots of restaurants, secure, and close to several metro stations. We reserved with breakfast which was your traditional European breakfast with breads, cheese, ham, yogurt and boiled eggs. If we asked they would prepare a tray for us to come down and take up to our room. Nice touch.

Loved the location! We were in the center of a lovely neighborhood - but there was a a peaceful quiet courtyard right outside our door (each room has it’s own door to the courtyard). Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was small and very clean - just what we needed. Thank goodness my husband insisted on a place with AC because we would have been miserable - Paris was so so hot.

Just please be aware that the first floor is actually one full flight up and the courtyard is uneven footing - as is most of Paris - very picturesque but not very handicap accessible - ok with a cane - but if you have trouble with stairs good to ask before booking.

Though of the smaller size, I did request the reservation late. Their ability to accommodate my schedule was a great favor. Room was clean , beds very comfortable and even had a balcony. The location is excellent to local venues and metro access. We will stay here again.

TV would stop working after 20 min ( not a big issue)and toilet tank , I suspect needs a new float.

The staff were incredibly friendly and all spoke English. The location was amazing, so many restaurants literally steps away. Room was tight but had a good sized bed and a large tub.

The wifi was atrocious the first day or 2. I think they added a booster to our floor mid-way through our stay but it was still meh at best. honestly the only bad thing I could say.

Great location close to train stations. Lots of choices of restaurants nearby. Great breakfast.

Refrigerator was turned down too low (adjustment was behind the fridge) & as a result it was not working on arrival. It was also very dirty inside as a result of not being cool enough

It’s a basic hotel. Nice people. Great value where it is in great location to base touring Paris. Go up road to a Edgar quintet for happening scene. Round the corner are top restaurants like rotonde couple and dome.

Fix a few bits. Just a bit tired but then price probably goes up 20/30% so I’m for it staying cheap.

it’s near to the metro, just 3 min walk. there’s a lot of fast food outlet and restaurants around. near and ventilated.

there’s no tv remote. found some kinda shirt in the cupboard and also some unknown plastic bag. request for kettle and Europe adapter wasn’t given. there was a vacuum placed in front of the our door, for 2 whole days. no one kept it.
