Clean pleasant hotel, nice service. Front desk staff were always helpful, professional, and nice. Convenient location. Right next to train station if you plan a train trip to Versailles or other towns. It's a lively neighborhood with plenty of cafes and restaurants of walking distances. It is about 15 mins walk to Jardin du Luxembourg, 35 min walk to Eiffel Tower, 30 min walk to Louvre and lots of bus options.

Space and bed space which is not unusual for Paris. Would have loved to have a microwave and a fridge since we booked a family room and I was traveling with my son. The fridge was mentioned but it was just a mini fridge for beverages. Beds were singles moved together.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, good location for the train, nice and comfortable room, relaxing common lounge. No problem leaving our luggage and we were also able to use the lounge after checking out while waiting for our train.

Perhaps in common with many hotels, there is no individual heating for each room. We found the room a bit too cold for our liking and the bathroom had no heating at all. The staff listened to our complaint but were unable to help us by providing an additional radiator. The bathroom shower was a handheld unit and the bathroom door lock didn't work.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Montparnasse. Our room was small but nice. I appreciate perfect clean up every day and kind staff at the reception. Especially the guy that was present on both our arrival and departure days was fantastic - thank you! The location of the hotel is very strategic for sightseeing because it is located nearby a few metro lines but it is possible to reach all famous places on foot as well. Highly recommended!

Maybe I would just appreciate more electric sockets in our room. The only really negative thing I can remark is that you can hear your neighbours because the walls are not sound proof at all.

The location is almost perfect 🤩 around the hotel you can find these beautiful and traditional Parisian coffees and so many options to eat, that will very hard to decide where to eat. Also, is easily to get to the subway. Besides, next to the hotel is an Irish pub bar, they have so many options of beer and also, they put cool music that you can dance!

The breakfast hasn’t many options to eat, but the personal are nice.

The location was great. Was a 5min walk to the train station which granted easy access to everywhere in the city. We arrived very early that morning and there was 0 issue with dropping our luggage at the hotel and coming back later in the day to check in. The room was clean and the front desk staff were very helpful.

The only thing that could be an issue for some people was that the double bed was just two singles pushed together in a double frame.

I was here for a quick overnight stay to catch an early train from Montparnasse. For that purpose the hotel was perfect. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower quite big compared to other Parisian hotels where they are tiny. So many restaurants nearby (although the ones closer to the train station were more expensive) and area seems quite safe due to being people everywhere all the time. And of course, took me all of 5 minutes to walk myself and suitcase to the train station.

I'm not affected by noise but if you are a light sleeper then bring some earplugs. I could hear people come in and out of their rooms and talk. The furniture is a little dated but that's just a taste thing. Perfect for overnight stays for solo travellers like myself, maybe less perfect for a longer romantic stay if that's the reason you come.

breakfast is served in a small basement room, and with all the beautiful streets of Paris and clubs in Paris, they should provide a different venue (perhaps a terrace)

everything was great, for France, it was really clean, quite, and even lady at the breakfast spoke amazing English.

Room was cold when I have arrived, would have been nice if heating would have been put on in advance. Also, I have ordered taxi via the hotel, and did not know it is not cancellable (my plans somewhat changed, but it was not possible to cancel it anymore the next day). Would have been nice to be told this in advance.

Staff were very friendly and felt safe no matter what time of day we got back. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Near metro station so great for travelling around. Good location for walking and metro.

Room was very small no space to open suitcase on the floor and was slightly different to pictures. No face cloths were provided in linen. Lift was tiny would not be good if you had a lot of luggage. No water for room after first day. Fridge wasn't cold.

The location was perfect! We were a very short car ride or walk to everything we wanted to see and to our pickup locations for our excursions. We were also able to walk to great restaurants from our location. The staff was very kind and always accessible. The bed was very comfortable.

We do do wish we had a little more space in the room, but this was a minor thing. The most important things to us were cleanliness and location, and that was perfect for us.
