- one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever visited - a top-notch breakfast (everything we could wish for) - great location at the very center of Paris - fancy restaurant, great choice of drinks, attentive staff - nice-looking rooms with good sound isolation

- had a long email thread with the hotel team to arrange a surprise for my wife’s bday (flowers, champaign etc.). checked in and there was nothing in the rooms. they brought everything after me complaining at the reception. common for France, but hoped that such hotel would be an exception - saw mice (not one, three) running around the restaurant in the evening during our dinner. it seemed like the staff saw it but pretended it wasn’t there. again common for Paris, but still something that frightened kids - a bit too big pillows though very soft

A lovely hotel. I had a Premier room with a great view of the Opera Garnier. Bed was very comfortable indeed. It was very clean and spacious. The bar area served light meals and was in a beautiful salon. Staff were attentive.

My only criticisms are that it took a long time to check in, and that the separate toilet in the room did not have a washbasin which meant you had to go back round to the bathroom to wash hands. But other than this an excellent hotel and I would definitely go again

The staff were all nice and accommodating. The location is fantastic, and the Cafe was excellent.

Housekeeping left dirty cups and empty bottles in our room. All they did was make the bed and move our toiletries around. Our shower leaked a lot and left puddles on the floor and the lights in the bathroom were controlled bu all the lights in the room.

we were kept waiting for our room until 5:00 pm even though check-in was 3:00pm.

Told I would be called back once the room was ready but this was not done for almost 3 hours post the actual check in time ! Quite frustrating as I would not expect this poor service from such a property.

Location, quality, friendly staff, fun waiters. Food very good. Very nice deserts. Breakfast buffet excellent.

Hair dyers poor, no one on staff knew where to plug it in. The outlet was high under the sink, at 70 years old, its hard to get down on hands and knees to find the perceptible and plug it in. No way a five star hotel should have this method of plugs/receptacles.

The rooms were excellent and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was superb too. The location was perfect, only a 15 min walk to the Louvre. The buffet breakfast was excellent quality, very varied and delicious. We had room service late one evening and the food, service and presentation were fabulous.

This was our first visit to the Hotel and on check in no one explained anything. No one told us where we could have a drink or where breakfast was. When we finally found the bar we were not allowed to order at the bar and there were no tables despite us being residents so it was basically impossible to have a drink in the hotel without a long wait. People came into the bar off the street who were non residents and were put on tables ahead of us. They need to offer a table service for drinks in the salon area of the hotel so residents can have refreshments.

Amazing location with modern amenities. Very large junior suite with big closets and large room. A lot of wardrobe space which was great for 2 friends traveling together. Beds were extremely comfortable and plush. Room service came quickly!

2 days in a row housekeeping called our room along with knocking despite the “do not disturb” sign on the door so we were woken up both days when we were jet lagged and needed sleep. Shower was incredibly small as was the toilet room. There was no place to put shower products or a soap bar so had everything on the shower floor which was hard to bend down in since the space was so tiny!

David the housekeeper was very supportive and he made our stay more pleasant. and the Tunisian lady housekeeper made us feel very welcome with her kindness.

The rooms are a little small but that's just Paris
