although the room is small it is is well built and very comfertable. the staff was welcoming tnd helpful and the hotel itself was clean and tidy. the hotel is in a non touristic area which was great for us because we could go to local cafes and a local market nearby and enjoy the authentic environment. BUT don't be alarmed, a 15 minutes walk from the hotel is arc du triomphe and champs elysees street. 5 minutes from he hotel is a metro station and a bus station that takes you directly to the eifel tower.

the only two things i have to say is that the room is a bit too dark and better lighting is needed. also, it is not suitable for short people since the toilet is very high. i am an avarege sized man and my feet barely touched the floor.

Room and hotel were comfortable and clean. Staff was wonderful. great location. right off the train and bus lines. walking distance to wonderful parks and main roads.

The room was a little warm. The heat/AC is central and therefore controlled by the hotel, and opening the window brings in (in the morning) street noise and a lot of sun light, which when jet lag means its hard to sleep.

Location is the best. Easy to reach everywhere in Paris from hotel yet it’s still calmer than busy places in Paris. Cleaning was good, even in between days. Everyone was helpful. The only thing to consider is the room is really small but especially the bathroom. It’s better to accept this and come accordingly. AC was working good.

From start to finish the staff at Hotel Noir were amazing! Anna, Helena & kristoff and another lady really went above and beyond to make our stay even better.... Late night coffees for my mother weren't an issue at all :-) help and guidance with transport and directions. The duplex room is definitely worth it. Room is spacious and modern but still with a Parisian feel. There's no view from the terrace but it doesn't matter because it's large enough and has a parasol. We had breakfast one morning and the croissants were so fresh! Good quality washing products and fresh towels everyday. Location- 3 min walk to connecting metro.. perfect! 15 minute walk to champs Elysées..

No holder for the shower head on wall... That's it!

The only thing they need to improve is wifi. My room was on the second floor and the connection was very poor.

Such a lovely, peaceful place in the middle of the city. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe and the metro. There's a beautiful restaurant just at the end of the road called Les Demoiselles, which I would recommend to anyone visiting. The staff at Hotel Noir were always really lovely and helpful and accommodated all of our requests with no problem. The whole stay was really magical and having this hotel was the icing on the cake.

We loved our stay in Hotel Noir, staff were super friendly and the reception was manned 24/7. The rooms are clean, comfortable and bigger than we had expected. The location of the hotel really made our trip, about a 10 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and the Charles de Gaulle Etoile metro station. Would highly recommend Hotel Noir to anyone wanting to do Paris on a budget.

The bath needs reviewing : to replace the curtain shower, and add a hook to the tiles to hold the shower head ! No parking facilities and no parking agreement with local carparks for reduced rates.

Anna the receptionist was amazing. Gave us a lot of info upon check-in. The bed was comfy.

Wifi was available but very poor connection. Guess its France in general. Very weak Wifi. The toilet was very weird as it was located in a different room away from the shower and was really tight. The stand-up shower also was not the best. Room was small in size but you are out 1/2 the time. Anyways its not a big thing, value for money so not complaining.

Very nice decor, friendly English speaking receptionists. A cute, funky and very comfortable hotel and two stops from the Arc De Triomphe. Amazing Japanese restaurant 30m up the road, quiet street but near that metro. Great
