The location and staff were amazing! Our stay was one week prior to the Olympic opening ceremony so there were many road blocks and checkpoints to navigate- they were very accommodating and our drivers were great! Minutes walk to lively cafes, the Seine, Notre Dame, the Metro. And very important - air conditioned!

The dining area was under construction so we had to walk through that area to get to our room. There was also no elevator (or it was also under construction) which was not preferred by my 72yo mother.

This is a beautiful hotel, walkable to major attractions(louvre, Jardin du Luxembourg, Seine river, notredame, hotel de ville) Excellent, chic location, beautiful cafes/restaurants steps away from the hotel. Excellent staff. We stayed in a junior suite with a connecting room with 2 bathrooms , big enough for 4 people. Furnishings are elegant, bathrooms are nice Beds are comfortable

We truly loved our time at Residence des Artes. From the moment we saw the room we felt like it was the perfect place to stay in Paris. The decor and comfort of the suite could not have been better, and the location was perfect. One block from the St. Michael Metro and RER made our airport connection very easy and all our Metro excursions a snap. The recommendations for restaurants were very helpful, and so many were within 1-2 blocks. I’m sure it will be even better when renovations on the bistro are complete. We love the history and stories involved with the street and the buildings (Henry IV and Gabriella D’Estrees) Our only point of concern for people considering this hotel is that it would not work for people with limited mobility. There is a very tiny elevator ( as in many Parisian buildings) but steps are required to get to it from any level. We will definitely book here again if we are lucky enough to return to Paris.

The location was great, close to so many restaurants and bakeries. The hotel is on a quiet street, There's a pub next door that has closed down, so not sure how loud it would have been when it was opened. The bathroom has been updated so it is nice and bright. The room and kitchen area could have been better. What made our stay great is the staff, especially Guillaume. They are professional but very friendly and approachable. We were scheduled to check out of our room after 4 nights to move to the sister hotel across the street. Even though we had chosen to do this due to lack of availability at the hotel, the staff said they would let us know if there was any last minute cancellation for our suite. Luckily there was and we didn't have to move. But even if we had to move, we were assured that they would move our packed luggage for us to the new room when it was ready so we wouldn't have to wait around. We usually don't need much from the hotel staff but we really appreciated great service when we get it.

The suite was very roomy, which made it easier to spread out our suitcases. We did not unpack since there was very little usable storage in the room. The armoire was placed in such a way that it was hard to access. The lighting in the room is not great. Even with all the lights on, it felt a little too dark. The junior suite we had on the first floor would benefit from a refresh. Only the bathroom appears to have been recently renovated.

I had stayed at a four star hotel around the corner - and need to stay in Paris an extra night - and changed to the Hotel Residence des Arts. I was so happy I did. I loved it - and it was way nicer and more comfortable than the 4 star hotel. Loved the location - and the super quiet room. Fantastic wifi. Super comfortable bed.

Staff were lovely and gave us a glass of Champagne in the next door Cafe when we mentioned it was a Birthday trip. Room was not huge but fine for a short stay and was clean and comfortable. The hotel has a nice 'boutique' feel and seems like a little. bit of luxury. It is very well located near Notre Dame and the river. Nice doors which actually open onto the street.

Breakfast is nice but there is nothing hot. No menu as such so you don't know what coffee is available for example. All nicely done but could be more substantial. I had a small fruit salad and didn't think the pineapple was quite right. Also the chairs are very low and I found them quite uncomfortable. Not really designed for a leisurely breakfast, more of a brief croissant stop. At night the street was rather noisy but this is not the hotel's fault, luck of the draw perhaps?

I have stayed at Residence 5 times last 15 yrs. I found it walking by and spoke to guests who loved the suites. I am handicapped now and can walk with walker so I need hotel with everything nearby. Your car service is VERY important as i cannot manage luggage alone. Your driver on may 22 to CDG actually parked and found trolley to get our luggage to correct check In desk and insured I would have wheelchair to plane gate as I requested but often is missing. We appreciated him so much and happy to reward him well. I can still manage some travel but was not sure about Paris and trains and planes and luggage, but you made Paris travel possible again. I plan to come twice a year now with a friend or daughter. And for as long as I can. I owned a Maison de village in Languedoc for 14 years but had to sell it 12 yrs ago due to my health and mobility. This was my first trip back to France because of cruise which I thought would be easy. I cried when I left your hotel and car because I had the Pais experience again. I look forward to your new hotels and hope you will make them easy for older travelers. But your St Andre location will be difficult to improve upon. Again a huge thank you to your whole staff. The mini fridge in my 5th floor room did not work and needs replacement. The toilet in lobby in the basement too difficult. Need new small toilet in receptkon.

The service was great! I would like to specially mentioned Rom, the evening receptionist. The room was good sized, the bedsheets and towers were of excellent quality, the shower was warm and had excellent pressure.

I don’t believe the hotel is particularly good if you have small children. The location is excellent for tourism, but there are no playground around, for instance. There are no fruits or healthy food at the breakfast. As others here, I have to mention the elevator. Not only it is small, but it also stops in between floors, which means that you also have to walk up and down some steps. If you have small children, you have to carry them and all their stuff.
