The service we received was absolutely brilliant! The hotel was always clean, with nothing ever out of place. Staff were always welcoming no matter what time of day or night and always more than happy to help. The location is fantastic - you are just far enough away from the major hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk into the main centre of the Latin Quarter (or metro anywhere else), and still close enough to loads of really good cafe/bars, restaurants, local amenities, and cultural sites! The rooms are wonderfully clean and come with all the needed tools and facilities. I’d previously seen people comment about the small sizes of the rooms - ignore these - they may well be smaller, but for the quality you get they are spot on. Whether you are staying for a romantic break, or touring Paris, you won’t need any bigger room! Breakfast was a mix of pastries, eggs, cold meats and cheeses, fruit juices, hot drinks, cereals, and other bits and pieces. Classical French/Continental breakfast the ticked the box. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you to all of the team!

The atmosphere that the hotel provided. tucked away, off the beaten path, lend to a very quite and out of the way experience. My wife loved her Spa day and the in house misuses. In fact all staff members were professional at their job, and very attentive to our needs; that lend to a joyous stay. Rooms were very roomy and accommodating. Especially loved the Birthday setup for my wife!!! That included rose peddles on the bed, cake, balloons and a signed card from the staff. My wife was overcome with JOY. Than you!!!

A wonderful stay in a fabulous location! We so enjoyed our stay at Hotel La Lanterne & Spa. Really excellent location, close to cafes, bars, restaurant’s and shops but tucked away in a quiet street. Friendly and helpful staff, with good facilities and spacious clean rooms. Would very much like to return in future!

It was really excellent. We so enjoyed our stay and would love to return! A few very minor points and suggestions, the lift was incredibly slow, the air-con isn’t powerful or cold in the rooms which was a tad uncomfortable for us during the heatwave, the option to cast to the TV didn’t work at all for us and so our only option for TV was BBC news.

The Hotel was in a perfect location to Metro, iconic sites, restaurants and markets. Laundry facility was close also. The Hotel is pleasing to the eye, comfortable, and has an elevator and air conditioning. The room was nicely decorated with plenty of room for my daughter and me. We liked having 2 comfortable chairs and small table to read or have snacks. The room had large mirrors so one of us could change in the room section while the other changes in the bathroom. We enjoyed the sauna. Best of all was the outstanding and lovely staff, responsive to all our needs. Excellent housekeeping!

I liked how intimate the hotel is and the location to Siene and restaurants. Found a great jazz club nearby. Accessible to Metro and RER. The room was sound proof so did not hear much noise from outside (except the occasional police) or from other residents. I also found the staff extremely helpful with queries. The hammam was very nice at the end of the day.

The water pressure for the shower was poor when turning the water temperature to warm. I stood under the shower head with water trickling down it was not very good. When I adjusted the water temperature to hot then pressure was fine but water was scolding.

This was our second time in La Lanterne and couldn’t be better. Hotel is extremely well located 5 min walking to saint germain boulevard and notre dame cathedral. Room is big for Paris standard with comfy bed, great shower and beautiful view. Breakfast is tasty and fresh (pastries are to die for). Spa is really nice and pool is quite instagramable. Staff is very professional, helpful, attentive and accommodating. We were celebrating my husband’s bday and he got happy bday from all staff that was really nice. Communication is very good with all staff (thank u for lovely bday surprise). If you are looking for a well located hotel, with great facilities and awesome staff, look no further and book ur stay because they booked up fast.

Nice location, walking distance to lots of sights, good breakfast, great staff, comfortable beds. Nice spa, steam room, small but atmospheric pool.

We stayed five nights, so got a full impression. Normally quiet, but Friday and Saturday nights a bar under and next door had the music thumping until 2 a.m., making it hard to sleep. On the last day, was awoken by hammering, some kind of construction project started around 8 a.m. Could have waited another hour or two. The room was a bit cramped, not storage space.

Location was great. Staff helpfull and nice. Good breakfast with eggs and vegtables and more. Its worth the price. Fresh bottle of water every day. Great shower.

Comfort rooms too small especially those with the decorative wooden part of the roof. Avoid those rooms! Bed are done in the old way, tucked underneath the matress, very uncomfortable. Toilet seperate from the bathroom, it was ok for us. Overall, I expected more from this rate . We paid 1460 euro for 4 nights inc the breakfast. In retrospect I think that hotel rates located in quarters 5 and 6 are too expensive.

I loved the location of the hotel. Near a lot of cute restaurants. Short walking distance from more lively areas of Paris. The facility was always cleaned well, and the spa downstairs was such a great bonus!

Please keep in mind that the beds are two twin beds combined to make a larger bed. I wasnt expecting this (maybe I wasnt paying attention to the booking), and it was uncomfortable waking up to that at times (being 25 weeks pregnant, especially). They also dont provide body lotion, which is a common ammenity in other hotels- but that wasnt too big of a deal- just a little note to bring some yourself!

Where do i start, the spa and pool area, the room and facilities, the comfortable bed, the helpful staff, the location, the room service and food, all great. Would definitely recommend to others and come back for another stay!

The wood around the basin was rotting and almost falling off from the amount of water damage, this was kind of gross. There was also a night we wanted to enjoy the bar and get some drinks but there was only the receptionist there to help and she was completely flustered at the thought of only having to get us beer and wine. Due to it only being her there, we also couldn't get any other drinks/cocktails. The breakfast hot food was very repetitive and not diverse either. It couldn't hurt to have different types of eggs, some bacon, and different spreads in the bridge. More cheeses would also be good.
