great location, very clean and friendly, helpful staff! the breakfast was great quality and value with a lovely spread of food: cereal, yogurt, fruit, eggs, breads and fillings. the rooms were cleaned daily.

noisy at times, with room doors loud when closing. could hear neighbours in the next rooms and hallway. no extractor fan in bathroom and although there was a kettle in the room, no tea / coffee, cups or spoons were provided.

+ Location - close to metro and RER, 10 min walk to Notre Dam. + Quiet street without traffic. + Staff - nice and helpful, everyday room service. + Good water pressure in the shower. + Good room size for 3 people. + There are different thicknesses of duvets to choose from.

- There is no hair conditioner in the bathroom. Only shampoo and soap. - If you want to drink tea or coffee, bring water and tea (coffee) in advance.

Amazing location in a beautiful neighbourhood, located away from the congested touristy areas so the streets weren’t loud or crowded. Close to many restaurants and bakeries as well as a short walk to the riverfront. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Our room on the fifth floor was very stuffy, although a fan was provided this did not help too much. Bathroom was unbelievably hot as there was no ventilation at all. The toilet sprung a leak during our stay and we ended up having to use all our towels to prevent the bathroom from flooding. Staff did eventually fix it but left the mountain of sopping wet towels in our shower.

I wanted to share my incredible experience at this hotel. After enduring a grueling 30-hour flight, the staff went above and beyond to make our arrival smooth and comfortable. The hotel's location is an absolute gem, surrounded by picturesque streets that are a delight to explore. With the Pantheon, charming bakeries, and inviting cafes just a short stroll away, we were truly spoiled for choice. The convenience of easily accessible transportation options made our sightseeing adventures a breeze. Not only was it exceptional value for money, but also a memorable and enjoyable stay. We're already looking forward to returning and reliving this wonderful experience.

The location was excellent and the room was nice sized. The window was very nice and the fan was great.

There were a few times I turned the Sink on and didn’t get any water for a few seconds but it always resolved itself. Also it was kind of difficult to get my stuff to the 6th floor with no elevator

The location was fantastic - just 10-15 mins walk from Notre Dame and right in the middle of the university buildings. We used the metro very little during our stay. The room was comfortable and had a kettle & fridge, which was useful for making tea. They wouldn't let me keep the cups though, and only offered paper cups!

The service was efficient rather than warm. The shower was variable.

this hotel is in a great location. near Notre Dame and their Christmas markets. any transit line you want is less than a ten minute walk from the hotel. I liked that they tidied up the rooms daily and had a decent breakfast each morning.

we stayed in the “apartment”-two adjoining rooms on the top floor. the shower was so short, when I stood in it, my head was at least a foot above the glass shower doors. I’m 5’9 and it was difficult to shower. they had an attachment I had to use to get wet since, when it was on the hook, the shower head is only about 3.5 feet high.

charming rooms and great view. location was great for both tourism and public transportation. we had a tiny balcony with a table and chain that was a great place to end an evening.

elevator was temperamental. bathrooms small. breakfast was poor.

The property is in the middle of Paris, it’s near everything and so I found it very convenient to visit all Paris’ famous places, and the bus are very near. Linda was very kind to me and my friends, she also let us leave our baggages the last day to continue visiting the city before going to the airport. She has been very nice. Also her manager was very kind to us, he also let me use his phone when I needed to call JustEat for a problem with an order 😂 and he gave us forks for the dinner me and my friends ordered from justeat in our room. they were both very helpful and friendly.

Excellent location, close to public transport and perfect starting point for walks. My room and my bathroom were spotless. It was highly convenient to have a refrigerator in the room. My room offered everything that I needed and felt cozy.

I would have liked real glasses and cups rather than the disposable paper ones that were made avaiable. And my window didn´t close properly, but it faced a quiet courtyard, so I didn´t care. I could hear my neighbours, but since I always travel with earplugs, this was not a problem.
