All of the staff were incredibly friendly and the rooms were always well kept. The recommendations made by each staff member and their willingness to help with booking taxis or explaining how to get around Paris was very helpful. It made staying in Paris a very enjoyable experience. The rooms were very comfortable and had all of the amenities needed. I wold definitely recommend staying here!

Location was perfect, very central, and felt safe for a single woman trip. The room was cute - just bit cramped. The decor througout the whole place was very nice and the music was amazing. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very nice too.

The toiletries were of high quality but had a heavy unpleasant scent. Not really sure why the garbage was never emptied in four days and the cleaning was somehow not well done. Otherwise everything was great, except the copnstruction noise just outside (not ideal if you need to catch up on sleep). The room electric sockets can only work for the 2 pin socket (the third hole has been filled in all of them) - so as an international traveller you gotta hope you have the right charger / socket. The elevator is painfully slow (better use the stairs if you can).

A fantastic stay. No problem with an earlier check-in and Andre on the front desk was charming and incredibly helpful, as was the night-porter. Beautiful room, very quiet location, friendly and courteous staff throughout who couldn't do enough and a delicious breakfast with probably the best scrambled eggs I have ever had on my 60 years and 1 day on this planet. Thoroughly recommended.

We absolutely loved Hotel Jardin de Cluny. The decor was chic, the entire hotel was very clean, the staff was super friendly and the location was amazing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable place to stay that doesn't require a lot of space or bells and whistles. Was perfect for us as we didn't want to spend a lot of time in the room, but wanted a cute and comfortable place for when we were in our room. I can't say enough good things, especially the decor/finishings in the room!

Rooms were a bit small, but that is fine.

We liked the welcoming staff, the overall ambience of the hotel (bright and cheerful), the location and my husband enjoyed the daily breakfasts!

My only negative comment is that there was really (with the exception of a small closet) no place to put clothing (drawers or shelves needed!!). If we are staying more than a night or two we always like to unpack some of our clothing for ease in dressing each day and there really was nowhere to do that. There were a few shelves beside the closet but they had hotel decor on those shelves which we managed to put aside and use some of the space. Overall the hotel was delightful and hope this comment is received as constructive criticism. Thank you.

The location was incredible. The decor was modern, tasteful, and functional. Everything was so clean! The staff was friendly, helpful, accommodating, and warm in spirit. We will stay here in the future if they maintain their price per value ratio.

I prefer tile floors to carpet, as I believe hard floors to be more hygienic, but this is a personal preference. The in-room French breakfast was fantastic, but could have used some jam and butter as I’ve had elsewhere. Bathroom was wonderful with an incredible shower, but we could have used a bit more sink counter space.

A charming boutique hotel on a quiet street in the Latin Quarter. Recently renovated and decorated. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and very helpful. Our room was small, but well-appointed with air conditioning, comfortable bed, and great shower. A large buffet breakfast was served downstairs in a pretty room with stone walls and arched ceilings. A cut above the average hotel breakfast. A great location for restaurants, shopping and points of interest, including the Luxemburg Gardens, the Pantheon and the Cluny Museum (Museum of the Middle Ages). I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

the location is fantastic. Very close to 2 Metro stations, an excellent bakery, a cheese shop with huge range of cheese and a wine shop that offers very good recommendations. Although the comfort rooms was a bit small, there are lounge areas in the hotel where we can chill and enjoy a bottle of wine. The staff at the reception (Andrea & Anna) were very friendly, and offer suggestions on places to visit and tried to help us when we encountered complications with the train strike.

Some of the stairwells are dimly lit, and brighter lights would be good to avoid any missteps. Apart from that, we loved the hotel.
