As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by great staff. We (family of 4) traveled Europe for over 3 weeks so we had fairly large luggage; luckily there was an elevator (though very small) that assisted us in carrying it to the 4 floor. We loved the size of the room (family room) and that there were three beds to accommodate all of us accordingly. We also loved that there was an air conditioning unit, a coffee maker, plenty of towels, extra linens and the room was clean. The location was fantastic, as it was walking distance to many sites, like the river, Notre Dame Cathedral, Pantheon and many restaurants. The LIME bikes/scooters were readily available near the hotel. Lastly, the staff was great in assisting with obtaining transportation to the train station for us.

The room was a bit old but very nice and even had a balcony. They provided two single beds as requested. The room temperature was good but they had additional blankets available in the closet just in case. The bathroom was very big. The location of the hotel was amazing and was close to a train station (9min walk) and a metro station (5min walk). It was also surrounded by good restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores. The staff were also very nice, specially Mr. Mohammed who taught us some french!

I wish it had more power outlets and the rooms had better sound isolation from other guests. The elevator was small and could only fit one person at a time. We also did not have a vault in our room as expected.

Amazing location, wonderful staff (except one night guy) my first room was too low, small and looked at a wall; reception changed me to a lovely room with a great view and a small balcony. It was perfect. Strong wifi everywhere in hotel. The hotel smelled really good, and lobby was air-conditioned. (it was very hot in Paris when I was there, so that was wonderful to come into after walking all day). On that note, so easy and fast to get to so many places on foot from the hotel. The little coffee-sweets (tagada fraises!)-lemon-water station downstairs was so convenient and welcoming, with comfy couches and newspapers and bottles of water. Very friendly and accomodating staff, and since I had a night flight, I was able to put my suitcases in the back room and come and go on my last day. It felt like a nice home :) I would highly recommend this hotel and plan on staying there again.

One night manager (guy with braids, didn't see his name), was hanging outside with friends and didn't even come inside when he saw me waiting at reception. I had to go out and ask him my question (checkout time) and he really acted as if he couldn't be bothered. It was extra surprising because every single other person working there- reception, housekeeping- everyone- was exceptionally kind and friendly and helpful. Luckily he was only there one night.

Hotel was in a great location. There was a Metro stop nearby (Maubert-Mutualite) that also had an amazing boulangerie right outside (Maison Isabelle). The family room was spacious (esp considering typical European hotel room sizes) for a family of 4 (one full sized bed and 2 twin beds). Toiletries were provided (though we had brought our own). Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

There were no dresser drawers/not enough shelves to place clothes so we lived out of our suitcases. 2 of the mattresses were older and less firm and less comfortable.

When I apparently chose the wrong setting online for 2 twin beds (instead of 1 double), they were quick to fix it and actually gave us a lovely room with 3 twin beds. It was at the very top of the building (6th floor) and the elevator only went up the first 5 floors, but it was really worth it, as the room had two small balconies with an amazing view. The AC was phenomenal and the beds were comfy. Location was fantastic - quick walk over to Notre Dame, and many places to eat and drink nearby. The staff were all very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Clean comfortably sized room, perfect for our family of 4. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Location is wonderful, within walking distance to many sights/museums. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Walls are a bit thin. There was one person in the next room talking on her phone from 3 to 5 am which was hard to ignore (just me I guess, because the rest of my family slept just fine through it!). Luckily it was only one night. The elevator is very small.

We stayed at the hotel for a 2 nights stop over to our final destination. Centrally located in Quartier latin and lots to see walking distance(pantheon , st michel area). The metro is 3 mins walking distance. Many good restaurants around. Though rooms are bit old, they are comfortable and very clean. We could check in early and this was convenient for us travelling with kids. Reception also arranged for a taxi van to take us to the airport.

Nothing much. Pleasantly surprised by hotel hospitality

Ideal location. Close to everything. I walked the whole city on foot + any transport nearby. A quiet and peaceful place, but at the same time a stone's throw from both attractions and nightlife. Pleasant and friendly staff. Pleasant bonuses (free coffee in the lobby). Good breakfast.

There are few slingshots in the room and they are placed inconveniently. To charge the phone, I had to put it on the floor. And in order to heat water for tea, the kettle also had to be placed on the floor.

Great location. Friendly staff. Beds were very comfortable. Our A/C worked great. Our kids in the triple said it was a bit warm.

It would be nice to have outlets by the head of the bed to plug in phone. Had to charge phone on the floor by the door. Minor issue. There was a spot next to the bed that was perfect for a phone charge of it had an outlet.

Our room was beautiful, has a balcony…hairdryer…it was cleaned daily. The staff was kind. Raschid and his coworkers went above and beyond. Raschid helped with the metro..as well as cabs. We were central to so many things…many metro stops close by. I hope to visit Hotel Claude Bernard again soon!
