Enjoyed our stay here with my wife, we stayed 4 nights recently. Very good value, location is extremely good since it is walking distance to Eiffel (10 min.)and metro is just across the street where you can take M6/8/10. Quite clean, perfect room service and friendly staff. Decent size of room, new stuff, and a cupboard for each which was awesome for us. If you would like to prefer somewhere very quiet, obviously middle of Paris is not that, be careful. There was an open-air market right next to the hotel on Sunday which was amazing.

Only thing I would say that could be improved is breakfast price, which we did not take. It was 14€ pp and honestly there are so many patisseries in walking distance where you can have top quality croissant+coffee for the same price for two persons.

The location was perfect, only few km from main attractions and 10 min walk from the Eiffel Tower. The bed was very comfortable and the blankets were very big. The room was clean and it was cleaned thoroughly every day by the housekeeping. Staff was friendly. I recommend this hotel.

Breakfast could have had a litte bit more variety as the hotel claims to be 4 stars, i.e pancakes, fish, porridge, more sweets. The metro is very close to the hotel, so you can hear and feel it every time the train passes, the room vibrates, but we used earplugs and we got used to it.

The location of this lovely hotel is absolutely ideal for "One Night in Paris." If you're visiting for a highlight moment to experience the thrill of the city and to be near the Iron Lady then look no more, you've found the hotel that helps you do both. The Comfort Room was quaint and well furnished for it's class. Breakfast was fantastic and generous, and the staff was an absolute delight and very kind. With "front door access" to the Metro and a delicious bakery and several cafès immediately next door, there's very little more to ask for. Thank you Hôtel Tourisme Avenue for a wonderful experience.

Everything was wonderful. We have no complaints.

The family suite was perfect for two adults and two teens, each with their own twin bed a separate sleep area from our room. Very nice breakfast, and the coffee machine that made lattes/cappuccino/hot cocoa anytime of day. The location next to the metro was perfect! walking distance to the Eiffel Tower also. Very close to restaurants and coffee and bakeries, just steps away from the door. They also have a refrigerator in each room and provide complimentary water bottles each day.

The room was quite warm and we could not adjust the temperature. We were able to open the windows for fresh cool air, which helped.

The entrance to 3 different subway lines is just at doorstep of the hotel. There are also many affordable and lively restaurants, bakeries, groceries nearby. 15 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower! The staff were very friendly and helpful when we checked in. 👍

The elevator is small and abit slow. but then again at least there’s an elevator! most of the train stations in Paris do not have elevators! one tiny complaint would be the bathtub; it’s quite tiny and I still couldn’t figure how to bathe without causing water to splash over and wetting the toilet! 😅

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff were all really friendly and accommodating and so helpful. We had a family sized room which was a good size with very comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. The room was really well thought out with touch lighting above the bed and the toilet being separate to the main bathroom with a light that came on automatically which was great at night. The hotel does rumble from the Metro underneath but despite being in a busy area was quite well insulated so the noise wasn’t too bad. Breakfast was a typical continental one and there was a good choice. The location is great with lots of restaurants and shops and right by the metro. This hotel will definitely be our first choice next time we visit Paris.

Location is absolutely amazing. Breakfast is fantastic with free coffee all day. The staff is very sweet and helpful. The subway station & Taxi stand is just in front of the hotel. Lot of restaurants, groceries, cafes and options around the hotel. Eiffel tower is a very nice walking distance.

Cleanliness could be improved. Sheets we were not clean when we checked in, but they cleaned it the next day.

Great location, 5 minutes go to the Tour Eiffel, modern clean room, tasty breakfast and pleasant attentive administration!!! Many nice cafes, restaurants and shops around hotel!! Thanks a lot! All was perfect!

I like everything about this hotel! As a European hotel the reception aria is very modest, but who cares! the room was updated, very comfortable, the hotel’s location is amazing. Metro is few steps away, Eiffel Tower is within a short walk away ( 10-15 min), all the attractions were close with Taxi and Uber. the aria itself around the hotel is so lively and beautiful. lots of small cute restaurants and cafes. For picky children Mcdonald's is njust outside. Starbucks is just beside the hotel. there is even a mini market across the street. it was everything in one place, I really really enjoyed staying. Valerie from the reception was very nice and helpful. The kitchen supervisor Gabriel was so kind and nice and organised and the breakfast was so yummy.

The closeness of the metro has its downsides with the noise. We got a room in the fourth flour in the back so we didn’t feel it that much.
