The location of the hotel is really nice. It's in the very city center, but not in a main and noisy avenue. The staff is helpful and supportive.

The breakfast is very limited and the room where the breakfast is at is very small, only few people are able to eat there at the same time, and I didn't see an alternative for that (for example, something to take your breakfast to your room). The price is more expansive in comparison to nearby hotels.

Location is good near the Eiffel tower, there's shops and nice restaurants near the hotel. Room was clean, but quite small. Staff was very helpful and nice. I liked the quality of the toiletries. The neighbourhood is quite quiet and felt safe. Wifi connection was good in our room.

Breakfast was quite expensive in relation to the selection. We had drinks from the minibar (4 drinks cost 5e/day), but once they brought only 2 bottles of water even it should have been 2 x water, 1 coke and 1 mineral water every day, so I recommend to check out those if you use minibar. You have to pay 5 euros whether you took 1 or 4 drinks/day.

Fantastic location, really smart and clean hotel with lovely decor. superior room was spacious with a very big bathroom, location was great for Eiffel Tower and metro access, some lovely bistros around the corner. highly recommend vin & maree seafood.

we were allocated a room which appeared to be in the middle of a family who had the majority of the floor between them. they treated it like they own apartment block and had zero respect for us. they were noisy and banging doors knocking until 12:30am and then again at 6:30/7am every day. we had little sleep and for £200+ a night I’d been expect to be coming back well rested and not exhausted, expect better clientele for the money. not the hotels fault exactly but should know better when allocating rooms putting us in between these people wasn’t fair and felt a waste of such an expensive stay for us, should have spent half and stayed at an ibis.

The Hotel was lovely (Decor in line with what you would expect to see in the French capital). clean and warm and stayed on the 2nd floor. Room was cleaned everyday and free tea & coffee replenishments were provided. Great location with lots shops/ lots of recusants near by and only being as short distance to the metro. Staff always smiling and happy to help. Upon arrival was given all the information we needed to know about the hotel.

For me personally my phone didn't work so great on the Wi-fi- In the room or in the lobby area. (Maybe Wi-fi strength not very good) and just one other small thing- the walls must be quite thin as throughout the stay day or night I could here loads of noises from outside (Bins emptied in the middle of night), people in the corridor, Maids maid cleaning the room next to us (Sound like Hoover being banged against skirting board) But things like can not be helped and out of the hotel control.

I was very satisfied with our stay in the Hotel Ares Eiffel. Especially I would like to emphasize that it was a really big pleasure communicating with Enzo! He was so polite and so helpful:) I came to Paris with my parents, it was really important for me so my parents got excited about Paris and enjoyed their stay and had really good memories about this city. So the choice of the hotel was right. And Enzo made it even more comfortable: with his help we upgraded the room immediately at the check-in because we wanted to be on the high floor, Enzo arranged immediately additional bed, cup, all that we needed. And he was very open and friendly to communicate with. It is not often when you meet such people working at the hotel, especially when it is too late and you always need smth or have lots of questions. I can recommend this hotel and will stay there with pleasure when I am in Paris:)

Not much space in the room, but this is Paris (I stayed in different hotels, they had the same problem):) In general the room looked modern and stylish!:)

the location was simply perfect. walking distance from numerous cafe/restaurant/bars and metro(1 min) the Eiffel Tower, the river Seine (10mins), The Louvre (10mins metro or 40mins walk along the river), Notre Dame (55 mins walk along the river). our room on the 6th floor was just great. spacious enough, tastefully decorated with balcony

No complaints at all other than no milk for coffer and some days coffee was left and when it was only enough for a cup each. Didn’t see if they had any facilities such as a bar. we ate breakfast out and about. so just used it as a luxury base.

The hotel was fabulous, we had a beautiful superior twin room on floor 6, the decor was charming with an amazing balcony view, we could even see the top of the eiffel tower, we got a cute pair of slippers on our beds and the bathroom was delightful with versace tiles and hermes toiletries the staff were wonderful very friendly helpful and made you feel very welcome, A quiant 10 minute walk took you to the eiffel tower also there was plenty of cafes, restaurants and the metro a few minutes away Everything about this hotel was perfect and i would highly recommend it, loved it 🫶🏻

The location is perfect and the staff is VERY nice! The manager made a room available for us much earlier than standard check-in time, since our flight had arrived earlier. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Its walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and of course the Eiffel Tower.

The rooms are VERY small. I believe its a general problem with hotels in Paris and not specifically for this hotel. But still after setting up the sofa beds and our bags opened, there was barely any space left! We were 2 adults and 2 kids. Also the "mini-bar" thing is a little strange but cheaper than buying individual water bottles in the hotel.

The room was just the right size for 2 people. It had sufficiently sized windows, wardrobe, nice bathroom and a very cosy bed. I liked the firmness of the mattress. A very quite neighbourhood, but you will hear children cackling on the streets in the morning just before school time which personally I feel very happy to hear first thing in the morning apart from birds! The nearest Metro station is 3 mins away by walk (La Motte Grannelle). Makes it very easy to travel to any part of the city. The area itself is very safe. Lots of restaurant options around the hotel including MacDonald's if you fancy a quick grab. There was also a Sunday market nearby and it was fantastic! Our room didn't have a view of the Eiffel Tower, but during the night the top of the tower was slightly visible due to the rotating beam of light. It takes just 15 mins to walk to the Eiffel tower from here. There is an antiques village right next to this hotel if you fancy buying something exotic. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for couples, only that it is a bit pricey.

I felt the hotel was slightly overpriced.
