Very clean room, not very spacious but enough for a couple. We stayed in Privilege Double Room with Terrace so if weather permits, try to book that. Awesome location, subway across the street from hotel and it's about 7 min ride to city centre. Staff is very nice! They accommodated all of our requests, such as iron and ironing board - they brought right to the room after 1 min I called reception. Other we were able to leave our luggage on our last day after check out for 4 hours without any problems. all linens were super clean and smelled nice and fresh. We didn't ask for cleaning, as we only stayed 3 nights.

i wish the bed could be wider, it's listed as a large double bed but it felt like just double, not like queen size. Drainage in the shower.

The staff was very friendly. The location is in a quiet area a bit outside the city center but well connected by public transport. The room size was good and the room itself well equipped. The choice of breakfast ist good. There are not too many options but everyone will find something he/she likes. The quality is good, too.

Upon arrival around midnight we found hair in the bed and bathroom. When telling the staff they immediately changed the bed and made sure that the room was cleaned very well the next day. We were offered free breakfast for the duration of our stay as a compensation.

The hotel is in a very good location for exploring Paris. We stayed 3 nights and it worked well for us. The metro line 6 is right in front of the hotel. It will take you to the Arc de Triomphe without any need for change. Gare de Lyon is about 10 mins away by foot. This is perfect as we travelled to Geneva after Paris. We arrived early at 12pm and they allowed us to store our luggage in the hotel while we explored Paris. There is a mini supermarket on the other side of the road. The breakfast was plentiful, though the hot choice is a little limited. Except for those eating very light for breakfast, I would recommend to include the breakfast option when booking. The rooms are quiet. We did not hear any noise when the windows are closed, even though it is on a main road. Beds are very comfy.

The hair dryer in one of the rooms was broken. The toilet paper was too thin to my liking.

We had a great stay here! The staff were amazing and the room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. We paid for breakfast on our last morning and it was great. The hotel is right opposite a train station which is handy, and right on the river so walking is pretty easy as you can just follow it down. There is a lovely bakery next door that did amazing bread and cakes, highly recommend going there too!

The location is a little out from central Paris, about a 30 minute walk to Notre Dame, but the walk itself if lovely so not a complaint.

I liked the staff, the room, the shower the breakfast buffet and the location .

I didn’t like the carpets, they were too dark. The one in my room had a large stain. I don’t speak French and some of the staff didn’t understand English. I asked for my room to be hoovered and the rubbish emptied. It didn’t happen. I thought they’d understood what I requested. I can only assume that they didn’t comprehend my requests. I didn’t feel that it was a deliberate snub but a misunderstanding . The plastic mattress cover made the sleeping uncomfortable.

Every member of staff was wonderfully welcoming and friendly, such a great team! I requested a quiet room and I was in 410, a corner room overlooking a backstreet. It was blissfully quiet on a Monday night. The bed was comfy and I slept great. Breakfast was good and coffee in the room. The Nuxe soap was nice too. The metro is just opposite the hotel.

The rooms are a little grey for my liking and could do with a refresh, which seems to be planned already.

Nice hotel, great and rich breakfast, excellent coffee, and good service in the dining room, close to a metro station and to the river - great for runners!

The lack of flexibility, we had to change flights and skip one night but the hotel wasn’t willing to waive this one night, causing us to pay in vain, although we contacted them enough time prior to our arrival, dissatisfied!

Staff was amazingly kind - helped me with printing my concert tickets that I totally forgot before my travel, and asked about my concert experience the day after. They even upgraded me to a double-bed for free since there were some available during my trip. Was traveling for a concert in the nearby Accor Arena - felt super safe going back to the hotel in the middle of the night as a woman alone (about 5 min walk). Location is also great since a metro stop just right in front of the hotel (wasnt noisy at all though). Theres also a grocery store on the other side of the road just across the hotel - a great option to buy some drinks e.g. to stay hydrated during sightseeing the next day.

I really loved it! Very clean, very friendly staff who were helpful ! The room was super clean and lovely products in the bathroom which were a nice touch. Comfortable facilities and for Paris the rooms were really generous in size, super easy to walk into the center and across to the station.

Paper cups in the room weren't great, would be nice to have an actual mug so that we don't burn our fingers and minimise wastage! :)

Lovely staff, very accommodating. They are renovating the upper rooms and we had an issue with the door lock but despite that the hotel was great, A super location as we were there for a concert in The Accor Arena. No complaints at all. Would definitely use this hotel again when next in Paris. We also got a welcome gift as it was a milestone occasion. Thanks to all.
