The attention of the staff! The girl at the front desk is a lovely person!

No elevators and the size of the room (bathroom specially) are too small for that price.

Everything from the check in process to the day I left was perfect, the staff are friendly and really talkative and really made the stay that extra bit special. Also great transport links nearby to get to the centre of Paris.

Room is small but clean and comfortable. We liked location as there were several metro stations nearby to get any place in Paris. It's quiet resedential area. There are supermarkets, cafes and restaurants not far from the hotel and amazing street market offering very good vegetables, fruits, cheeses and other food

I didn't only like a shelf in the bathroom which wasn't stable and my stuff have fallen down several times.

The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, always helpful. We were even given the option of a ground-floor or 1st floor room, noting that there is no elevator. We did not mind going upstairs, where the rooms are arranged along a gallery surrounding an inner courtyard. The hotel is recently refurbished and redecorated and in very good upkeep. The room was small but fine for our purpose, with a comfortable and well-equipped bathroom, which I hope will not be ruined by the chronic limescale so prevalent in Paris. Wifi worked well. The hotel is on a quiet street, and a few steps away from a main thoroughfare where several convenient bus lines as well as Metro line 6 run. It is walking distance to the universities and Panthéon in the 5th district.

Just minor quibbles.... Bed pillows are filled with synthetic foam. It would be nice to have the option of a feather pillow. The floor looked clean but was actually very dusty - however this is quite common in hotels now, following lengthy periods of pandemic-related closure.

great stay good price but the room 25 curtain doesnt protect from the light in the corridor so i had a hard time sleeping with lights going on off at night. othewise great stay, clean, warm, nice people.

Great location near multiple metro lines, and comfortable room for the price.

There were lots of ants in the bathroom which was the only sticking point of the whole stay

I would suggest work un cleansines over all sheets ans bed was clenan but there is some dust. Bathroom needs extra cleaning. Just felt a bit dirty over all all okey.

Two of the staff members were amazing and very polite. Mainly Mounia and Yaan they were simply amazing, very courteous. the room was clean and comfortable.
