This hotel has been improving the service since my first time in 2021. Now I've been 5 times here. As I said the staff is mostly very professional with exceptions of a few bad apples. But most of the people are very kind either in the breakfast area and in the lobby. Concierge too, very polite and professional. The breakfast has a varied selection. Plenty of fruits which is always appreciated.

Rooms are super small and tight. In the breakfast area they keep the same rude blonde girl I've seen all these years which, pay attention to this person, she looks like a bodyguard. Never smiles to customers and is seeing walking all around with her bad mood. I think people that don't like their jobs should find a new one. However, not a reason for giving less than 9 to this great property. At least not to me. Keep it up Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile!

The hotel enforces a dress code for access to the windo skybar which overlooks Paris like few other places. Each drink is evidently quite expensive. However, long queues form at the entrance to the bar in which many customers appear dressed in a sloppy and squalid way as if they had to go to the gym or to empty their cellar. In their pocket, however, they keep a credit card with an appropriate limit. This lack of taste for the beautiful ultimately puts the vulgarity of money ahead of everything, as always. If the hotel management prefers to make money at all costs rather than maintaining the decorum of a symbolic place in Paris, it would be better to remove any reference to the dress code and allow the client standing behind me to photograph Paris in socks without worries.

We booked at the Hyatt for the Eiffel Tower view. And the view was magnificent. You get a great view of the city, along with the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triumph. Rooms on the other side of the hotel also give a view of the Sacré-Cœur. The staff were very helpful and cooperative. We had wo rooms and they were kind enough to get us both rooms on the same floor since we were travelling with my elderly in laws. The hotel is wheel chair friendly. There is a waiting ramp of taxis near the hotel as well so you can be assured of finding transport at any hour of the day. Location wise, it is about a 15 minutes walk from Arc de Triumph and about 20 minutes drive from the tower. Rooms are comfortable and cozy and their ventilation and air conditioning system serve very well.

There were minor inconsistencies with the service. Sometimes a room was missing a towel, a room did not get the tes suplies replenished. These are small matters but just not things you expect in a hotel of such standard.

A bit pricy, but excellent location with walking distance to main attractions, we save a lot of Taxi or Parking money. and we were impressed with the under pressure (New Year) positive performance of each and every employee. They all did their best to give us a good experience, and they totally succeeded. our rooms were facing the fantastic view of Eifel tower. and the parking is two minutes walking distance. thank you and hope to visit again.

A swimming pool and a Spa / Sauna and Steam is not a bad idea to have.

This hotel never disappoints and seems to have a better administration now or something because employees have better manners than what they used to, 1 and 2 years ago. We've been now, 4 times in this hotel. The manager Antoine was prompt to resolve an incident and went beyond expectations and even offered us and upgrade. Again asides of impeccable clean functional facilities what makes this hotel better is the staff. We will return again almost for sure. Thank you Antoine again for being so professional.

There's nothing worth to mention.

We liked a lot the panorama from 24-th floor apartment we had. It was very clean and quiet and the location of the hotel was very good, close to main Paris attractions and hop-on hop-off bus station, public transportation. The receptionist was very communicative and pleasant.

The fact that the pharmacy in the hotel shopping center was closed during weekend at 9:10 AM, even if the displayed schedule on the door showed it should be open from 9:00 AM. We waited for 10 minutes then we had to go to the nearby streets to find an open pharmacy.

Great hotel in very convenient location (restaurants, metro/train station). Friendly personnel, room nice and clean. For us the choice of TV channels could be better (but that's our personal opinion/taste). We liked also direct access to the shopping centre and cinema! Really cool in case of bad weather during the stay. Breakfast was also really good! Frash and high quality products. We would definitely recommend!

For us it was not a big problem as we stayed there 2 nights only, but I imagine for families travelling with small kids there is not much to do (no playing room, etc.) or at least we haven't seen any.

The Staff was very nice and extremely helpful. and the beautiful view of the Eiffel tower was spectacular . I would highly recommend to anyone that asked me where to stay.

It would have been nice to have a small breakfast place other then the Starbucks for people that don't eat a lot. I did did the Breakfast buffet one day before I caught me plane and it was very nice. I also went to dinner there our first night and it was delightful.

excellent location, efficient staff, vibrant lobby, 24/7 Starbucks coffee at the mayo market, splendid variety of breakfast which is good value for money, 24/7 gym facilities, nice clean rooms well serviced, adjacent shopping mall with a 12 screen cinema, majestic view, 34th floor lounge, high-speed Internet.

there is need for more English television channels, television should have YouTube and Netflix options, there is a need for improvement of the gym equipment
