The room was clean, comfortable, a good size and had great amenities. The bathroom was large, clean and the bath/shower was lovely. We visited in January and the room was very warm and cosy which was lovely to arrive back to. There was also a thermostat so you can adjust to whatever temperature you'd prefer. Reception staff were friendly, amicable, professional and very helpful. We were visiting Paris for an event at le Palais des Congrès so this was an excellent location to stay at as it was only a 5 minute walk to the venue. Lots of restaurants, cafés, patisseries etc. around too and within walking distance from l'arc de triomphe. There were two vegan restaurants within walking distance too. It was also easy enough to get to other sightseeing locations in the city by train. Although it's close to a busy street, the room was quiet apart from the occasional siren which were quiet enough that they didn't bother us. Our room was next to the lift so we were worried we'd hear people in the corridor but we didn't hear anybody at all.

There was a menu for room service that needs to be updated as the restaurant they use to provide the food used to have a vegan option and no longer does. That's the only small thing!

Beautiful interior design throughout the hotel. Very clean and well furnished room. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location.

Slightly strange bathroom layout! The toilet was positioned directly in front of the door to the bathroom (with less than an inch of clearance when opening the door)... for such a large bathroom the layout could have been designed better. - this did not impact our experience, we just found it a little strange to have to walk around the toilet every time we entered the bathroom.

1. I asked to give me an English Breakfast teabag instead of mint teabag( which they provided as complementary) and the receptionist refused and she said there is a charge for it! it was a cold night and that would be a nice gesture! anyway I got a box of teabags at convenience store next door and made my tea 2. I really missed a desk or a small table in the room. I recommend to put a folding table under the TV instead of the magazine rack

Although I had booked a single room I was pleasantly surprised as it was bigger than I thought it would be. The bathroom was extremely compact but the shower cubicle was great. Overall a very well presented and quiet room on the top floor - under the roof ! Free bottle of water - always appreciated.

The breakfast was a little disappointing and certainly overpriced - very basic choice of breads, fruits and yogurts for example. Not worth €19 ! The selection of the tea tray in the room was also poor - no mint tea for example only earl grey or english breakfast ! The Wi-Fi did not work at all for me ....

Very nice team on the reception and in the restaurant! ELEVATOR! (important when you are with the huge luggage!) Super cool breakfast (cheeses, pastry, cereal, yughurts, fruits, eggs, everything you need, very high quality products!)! L'Occitane cosmetics in the bathroom, pretty big bathroom, nice towels and bathrobes. Queen size of the bed, good blankets and pillows. I liked my stay very much!

Pretty small rooms (but still bigger than in other places), no balconies, quite small corridors so it can be a little bit difficult to enter your room when it is sooo close to the elevator. Not a minus for me, but you should expect this. Ah! There was something wrong with the closet door in my room and the lights inside the closed didn't turn off. Solved this with a napkin, but probably the hotel team should check this :)

The location, staff were very helpful and approachable. The room was small but luxurious, thick fluffy towels, l'occatine products, excellent shower, and comfortable bed. Great restaurants locally. 15 mins on foot from the Etoile and 5 from metro and RER station.

Nothing, the weather was bad, it rained the entire time, the hotel had large umbrellas which helped.

All was good. Compare to Paris, it was very cost efficient. Room was very clean. Training facility was very good. Access to public transport, shop, restaurant, bakery was very easy.

Having said all that I do not recommend traveling to "Paris" at all due to bad traffic, high prices, very low quality of customer care, very high population of mouse, STILL if you have to travel to Paris I highly recommend this hotel since I found it in contrast with the rest of the city, a calm and caring hotel.

Spacious, clean, comfortable and very quiet top-floor room, with a large bath and nice amenities, as well as plenty of natural light. Attractive contemporary decor. The staff were friendly and helpful, and although I didn't take the breakfast option, the breakfast room looked quite pleasant. The hotel is steps from the Palais des Congres, close to public transit but away from busy roadways, and a fine option for the area (though there are other Paris neighbourhoods with much more to recommend them).

A small thing, but the closet door in my room couldn't be opened, which was annoying. And maybe it's me, but I found the gigantic wall-to-wall mirror WITHIN the bath/shower a bit ... disconcerting.

Very friendly staff at this cute boutique hotel tucked in a side street in a very good location for the conferences that occur around this area. My room was quite large for European standards, including a great big shower with windows to ventilate if desired. Room also had lots of nice touches and helpful material. Didn't explore the hotel but heard from colleagues that the spa was quite nice too.

Les Jardins De La Villa is a truly lovely property. We felt the location was superb and the staff provided excellent service starting with an exceptionally upgraded room located next to the garden out back. The room was stunning, the bathroom large by European standards with wonderful amenities like soaps from L’Occitan, heated towel bars and spa shower. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the mini bar fully stocked .. there were large windows which opened to the garden which felt wonderful as it was September and perfect outdoor temperatures. We will be back again next year and look forward to staying again at the charming Les Jardins De La Villa !
