Anyone can access the elevators there is no security to check who is going in or where are they going ! you don't need the room key to go up to the rooms! MASSIVE SECURITY ISSUE

Welcoming staff and very helpful. Our suite was cleaned well, but the turn down in the evening was haphazard.

We really felt that for a hotel of this standard the breakfast should be much much better. The quality of the viennoiserie was extremely poor which is quite embarrassing considering we were in the heart of Paris a city of viennoiserie!! The coffee was quite disgusting which is wholly unacceptable. We were forced to go out for breakfast every morning and had to travel to do this as the cafes in the immediate area are extremely touristy and poor quality.

I'm absolutely in love with this hotel: from the check-in process to the attention to details. In this hotel, you have everything you need during your stay. When I checked in, a bouquet of flowers from my husband was waiting for me, the administrator hinted to me that the room was very beautiful :). All requests are fulfilled quickly, small gifts-compliments are made throughout the stay. It's nice when the room is prepared for bed time. The view from the rooftop bar is amazing!

Make the menu in the restaurant a little more diverse. If you plan to have dinner more than twice, you will eat the same as previously. During early check-out, anyone did not help us with our luggage, saying that he was alone at the reception and there was no one to help us (this is strange for a 5-star hotel). Twice the room was not cleaned during the day: once the cleaning lady came during the daytime sleep of the child, I asked to come later, to which I received an answer that she would already go home.

It was a soft opening but we never felt it really except not all the facilities were open. All went smooth staring from checkin; breakfast team was amazing, room was not big (which is usual for Paris), but very comfortable - bed, all the amenities. If you are traveling with a dog - that’s the extra pleasure how your pet friend is treated in the hotel. Overall was very happy with our stay!

The breakfast was fantastic - you can select from a buffet or order from the menu full of delicately made meals. The room service is also on point, done twice a day when needed. The staff are very nice and friendly. They provided a special welcome package for our honeymoon. Two new bottled waters were provided every day. The view on the roof top bar is fantastic and gets a good size view of the Eiffel Tower. Location is very central and safe, opposite Intercontinental and Sofitel.

At night the music from the bar is quiet loud and only ends around 12am, but appreciate that Parisiens seem to be late risers and late diners so 12am is probably not late for them. More sound proof for courtyard facing rooms would be great, our warning guests of this. I noticed that the renovation is new but not well done, e.g the faucet in the sink is not fixated, the sink stopper was broken and I could see that the bed lights were installed well… I wasn’t expecting this poor quality renovation from a 5 star hotel. The aircon fan is too weak.. we couldn’t feel it, and when it was a warmer day my husband found it hard to sleep.

The swimming pool, the restaurant, the location, the kindness from the staff, the cleanliness of the room, the library, the ability of umbrella (rainy weather...)

The sound at the restaurant (evening) was definitively too high and it is difficult to discuss with some one or to have some rest after an heavy day. The DJ should definitively adapt the level of his music...

Loved the staff at the hotel, amazing service ang amazing fun hospitality. They made the stay do special. the spa and hamam was amazing. The decor was lovely and fresh, loved the view of the Eiffel Tower from my bed.

The restaurant wasn’t great, menu is limited & quality of food wasn’t up to the standard of a 5 star hotel, the bathroom is very small

The hotel was beautiful, our suite was a good size and the staff were friendly and experienced. Margo on reception was fantastic and the roof top bar had a great view. The bar staff in the restaurant bar were welcoming and experienced mixologists.

My only criticism is that as someone with a gluten allergy it would have been good to have been able to get GF bread and more fruit options at the breakfast buffet.
