Rooms are very nice with lovely furnishings and modern bathrooms. We had family interconnecting rooms which worked really well and gave us lots of space and two bathrooms. Beds very comfortable and huge. Showers and aircon worked very well. Rooms exceptionally clean. 12noon check out made such a difference on our departure. Staff really friendly and helpful. When I left my earbuds in room Pauline kindly organised to post to my home address. Great location lots of lovely cafes/ restaurants nearby and not too noisy.

We we're on first floor and could hear water coming down pipes everytime people in rooms above flushed the toilet but overall quiet during the night. No free water in room(3 euros if you want one)

The room was very comfortable, the three of us and our bags fit well. Our room was in the back on the inner courtyard so it was very quite. The beds were comfortable, I was on the pullout bed and I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it was. The bathroom and shower were great, we had enough hot water for all of us to shower, and the separate toilet was nice. The staff were very helpful and friendly, we were surprised with a time change while we were there and the staff gave us a wake up call and ordered a taxi for us back to the airport. The location was great, there had been a protest in the neighborhood not long before we arrived and some of stores had been smashed up, but overall we felt safe and the hotel wasn’t affected.

Adequate space and good layout, pleasant decor, overall very comfortable. Good quality breakfast, even if unvaried day-to-day. Window soundproofing was quite good, but it could not always keep up with the late night bars on the street below.

Squeeze bottles of toiletries fixed to the wall were not convenient to use; should be something better at this price point. Small face towels would be nice addition for the bath. International television channels mostly were inoperative. Note that tub/shower was quite slippery (no grab bar) and has a high step.

Location was excellent, room was very good, breakfast was also very good.

Rooms facing the street could be very noisy late into the night...loud partying at the surrounding bars. The lobby was very small. Sometimes hard to get by people checking in. The shower in the bathroom was not good....slippery, hard for older people to get in and out of, and allowed too much water to escape to the floor. I had a question on my bill and was not able to get a detailed list of expenses.

The location close to the Louvre was great. Loved the breakfast buffet options with a beautiful spacious area to eat. We’d definitely come back to this hotel.

Communication before we arrived. Didn’t know that we wouldn’t have adjoining rooms because we would have had to book two triple rooms to have them adjoin. We would still stay here though because of the convenience of being close to lots of places to eat and close to places we wanted to visit in Paris.

I like location: 5 min opera , 10-15 Louvre , near a lot bars, cafe , restaurants, market. Room was not big , but really nice , warm, good view from window , bed and pillow it’s really fantastic 👌I slept well . Personal was kind and helpful).

i Would like conditioner for hair , because I’m girl and without this it’s terrible. But it’s not really important if you take with you from home, but my suitcase was without liquid.

Location, easy to get around (around corner fro. Metro) comortable beds,, big room considering size of rooms in Paris.

It is across the road from a bar so can play until late so if you have kids ask to be away from the road. Breakfast could have provided some more variety but was ok.

the property was located in the proximity of the Opera House, Galleries Lafayette and in 15 min walk to Louvre. the beds we’re comfortable, bathrooms were clean and nice.

The property demanded payment in 24 hours form the booking - that was quite unusual as I was booking approximately 2 months ahead.

This hotel was perfect for our family. We had our own private hallway between our rooms which made us feel like we were actually in an apartment. The bedrooms face onto an internal courtyard with office buildings so in the evenings it was really quiet. It was hard to believe we were in the centre of Paris.

Breakfast seemed expensive at 18 euros, especially for a family of 5, but to be fair the rate of exchange was not great when we were there.

Wonderful small hotel in a central location. Very easy to walk to most sites. Hotel was clean and the bathrooms were modern and large compared to most in Paris.

Hotel had a very tiny lobby which can get crowded as people are coming and going.
