The hotel is Parisienne/ Victorian all the way. The gold trimmings and artistic pieces/ styles were breathtaking. Concierge was superb/ staff on a whole was great and pleasant. The buffet style breakfast so worth it, with its wide variety menu. Cleanliness top notch. The staff was so pleasant, there was an issue with my original room booked for me and 8 Yr old son, immediately after I brought it to the front desk’s Attention, problem was promptly accessed, then they changed my room / w/ an upgrade even though they were booked. It was amazing to see such efficiency with a smile. Location was on the strip…… Vendôme, literally 1 block from the Vendome monument, Cartier, bvlgari etc… it was downtown Paris, one of the most glamorous and iconic shopping area….. location location location . Don’t forget the bathroom tubs that actually fits a tall girl like me and deep enough to last for days

The double rms were a bit tight for two people… but then again I’m a tall girl 5”10

The hotel was in a great location; we could easily walk to the Louvre, Champs Elysèe , L'Opèra and the left bank and there were metro stations very close, so we could get to other parts of the city and to mainline stations for trips out of Paris. The hotel was very comfortable and the breakfast was fabulous ! All the staff were very courteous and helpful.

Our room looked out onto the street where the ' Baby Doll' bar was situated and we were woken up a few times in the early hours by large groups of smokers shouting /talking very loudly.

location, location, location!! perfect for walking around and taking in the sights. definitely pay for the breakfast which is a nice continental style with fresh fruit and juices. there are lots of food options along the nearby streets as well. rooms were cleaned daily and the bathroom was SPOTLESS. the room was also well updated and decorated. walking into the room felt like walking into a traditionally French style space.

we asked to get a room in a higher level and when we got in the room, it wasn’t cleaned. they quickly rectified the situation and gave us our initial room.

It is a beautiful historic hotel, truly a gem of history. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Paris hotels are generally expensive, but the price point here is fair for the value

Cardboard cups for coffee?! Detracts from the lovely image of this hotel. Please invest in some porcelain

the location was great. the amenities and quality of bed and fitness facility were good

odd quirks like the electrical outlet going off when the bedside light is turned off. A woman came into our room at 5:00 PM saying “housekeeping”. When I asked what she wanted she asked if our room was clean? This was on our 4th night and seemed unwarranted and intrusive. Restaurant is closed Sundays but it seems many restaurants are closed Sundays. Tiny elevator

Great little hotel, great location and very friendly staff ! Room Service menu not the most extensive but perfectly adequate for a quick bite when feeling a little hungry. We took a prestige suite and had lots of room and space for the 4 days we were there.

The building right outside the hotel - workers start at 08H00 and the second day they used hammers ! Not the hotel's fault I imagine but fortunately the workers did also leave on time and peace returned to the land...!

absolutely gorgeous hotel in the heart of Paris. Very well kept and beautiful design and flower arrangements. The staff is professional and friendly. The room was beautiful, we were lucky to get an upgrade. The breakfast was impressive with a variety of many choices.

The only minus is the building works outside which i think was reflected in the price of the room. We have paid only a fraction considering the location and the quality of the service.

Where to start! This was out first time in Paris and we were blessed to come across this hotel while making our bookings. Right from the moment we entered the gate, it was magical! We were welcomed by Monsieur Nicolas and mademoiselle Nicole at the reception. They are both very sweet and funny! Welcome you with big smiles and light up your day after the long flights!! Simply felt like home. The rooms are great and are pretty big, knowing that this is one of the most expensive and happening streets in Paris. The location is THE BEST! This hotel is somehow very reasonably priced looking at the surrounding areas. The Opera is right next to you along with very good restaurants like cafe de la paix which is a must visit place again. You get everything you need right next to you. It’s the safest area in the city where you have a lot of tourists around even till late at night and you can easily reach the good places walking. I think the staff makes this place extraordinary! Thanks again to Ms. Nicole and Mr. Nicolas. The sweetest people we met in Paris! ❤️ Must try!
