When we checked out, the receptionist asked us whether or bot we had breakfast that morning as the breakfast was not included, when we confirmed that we had he automatically count breakfast of 2 days to let us pay. However, when we pointed out that we only had 1-day breakfast, he insisted that he asked us about 2-days breakfast and refused to apologize. if we did not check the final bill, we will lost 30 euro more for a breakfast not eaten. P.S. the city tax bill is 2.88 euro/day/person, count it to your accommodation budget together!

Location of the hotel is the best. You have everything so close, 5 min to the Opera, 10min to the Louvre. Metro is close and has super connections to all major attractions. Its also a calm area, so not soo many people as in the Champs Elysee area. The room is nice. Bathroom is clean and has everything you need. You dont get cheap shampoo, but products from the Loccitane. I find this a nice touch from the hotel. They bring you every day a bottle of water. Tap water in France is not good. Maybe I notice this more because I come from a small country where tap water is very good. Breakfast is ok, but basic. If you stay longer it gets bored. At breakfast I miss more fresh products. The hotel was also very helpful with changing the bed, while the first one was not comfortable. It was a side bed for our child. I also must compliment the bar of the hotel, the woman working there makes some pretty good cocktails. She is a professional.

The hotel struggles with a bad smell in the halls and in the elevator. They tried to fix this. I must admit that they really are a nice small hotel, doing their best to please the clients.

Great hotel in the center of Paris, very close to the Opera and the Place Vendome. The room was big enough for a comfortable stay and had a great sound insulation respect to others and with the corridor. Also the window sound insulation was sufficient, with the hotel room facing to a very calm street. The hotel has a pub in the lobby, which is great for having something at night before going to the room. The personnel was kind and helpful.

The service uses vinegar-based products for cleaning, which is actually very clean but leaves a very "strange" odor during cleaning and some additional hours. However, the smell vanished during the day and was not present at arrival to the rooms at night.

Breakfast was very good, selection sufficient, also nuts and local cheeses. Room very nice and cozy with a balcony, although small. Very quiet room, we slept with an open window in the city center. Sufficient number of drawers. Very good beds. Coffee and tea in the room. The cleaning lady did a good job.

The staff did not speak English. Even though it was breakfast until 10:30, at 10:00 there was nothing on the menu, nothing was added, a terrible mess on the tables. Of course, we were not alone in coming to breakfast. After contacting the staff and after a long time, something was added. It was our last day, we got up later and at the end of the stay a big disappointment. This cannot happen with a four-star hotel.

This boutique hotel does not disappoint! Such a friendly and efficient staff that is attentive to your needs. The central location near the Opera house and the fabulously chic shopping complex, Lafayette Galleria was perfect for us. The breakfast is well worth the money and the comfy dining area is a lovely way to start your day. The room was extremely clean and well appointed with very comfortable bedding and soft and fluffy towels. Highly recommend for a visit to Paris.

This is a lovely family owned boutique hotel within a few blocks of Opera Garnier, shopping, restaurants, Metro, RER and a short walk to lots of key sights. I was greeted warmly upon arrival by a very kind gentleman. My room with a balcony was spacious, well appointed and very clean. There was no street noise when the balcony doors were closed, but when opened I was able to enjoy the wonderful sounds of bustling Paris! The bathtub and toiletries by L’Occitane was a nice surprise after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel owners are clearly thoughtful people who care about their guests and property. I look forward to staying here again very soon.

Location! Warm and helpful staff. Seif, Dalits and Sue (and Hera) were fantastic, helpful and warm. Honestly felt like family away from home. Bathrooms are large and roomy. Plenty of space in our room. Doors leading to a small balcony is just perfect! Breakfast is offered and has what you need to start your day. Stayed here on two separate occasions through our travels. We would highly recommend this wonderful hotel. Location, staff and facilities! Can’t say enough good things! Exceptional! Merci!

location was perfect, about a minute walk to Palais Garnier and seconds away from Avenue de l’Opera where you can wander the shops. Wonderful local cafes and restaurants. We spent an afternoon just walking the local area including round the Place Vendôme and down to the Louvre, which is about a ten minute walk. Our rooms were beautiful. We were on the top floor and room 703 has a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower to the left, the top of the Opera house to the front and a view of the top of Sacre-Couer to the right! Our other room (705) was for three people and had so much space, also had a view of the top of the iconic Eiffel Tower. Both rooms had balconies and were a true Parisian experience. The hotel staff were discreet yet very helpful, assisted with booking our taxis with no problem at all. An absolutely lovely stay and would definitely come back. Great value for money.

No negatives at all! (just to note for future travellers, the hotel bar is not open on Sunday but this was not an issue for us at all, just something to note)

This was booked for my daughters birthday. I asked for balloons in the room and she was also given 2 glasses of orange juice in champagne flutes and a plate of cheese and grapes along with a personal birthday message, Prior to the stay, I sent messages to ask questions and the response was always immediate. My daughter had a fantastic stay with her boyfriend and mentioned that all staff were really helpful. Breakfast was continental. I would highly recommend the hotel and will book to stay here if I travel to Paris.

The location is great: you can either walk (15-20 mins) to places like the Louvre, or take the RER / Metro from Auber, which is cheap and trains run frequently. The staff here are exceptional. They speak flawless English, are polite and friendly, and remember who you are. I had a single room, which was small but perfect for me. Comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again and I recommend it.

Nothing to dislike, really. I would have appreciated a vending machine for snacks and bottled drinks. Didn’t see one. There is an ice machine.
