The hotel is in an extremely convenient location only around the corner from Gare du nord metro station. The room is clean.

Our biggest complaint was the fact that the old plumbing caused the room to smell like a sewer. There is no separation between the bathroom and room. So, the smell could not be contained to the bathroom. The hotel reception told us about breakfast in the morning. It would have been nice if he mentioned the fact that it was not included in the room rate. That was my fault for not checking, but it would have helped if it was mentioned.

Compact room with a flower box outside and whilst overlooking the street there was virtually no noise disturbance. Excellent bed and pillows. The shower facilities, toiletries, along with the toilet arrangements all worked well. A pleasant reception area and small dining facility, for breakfast, which can be supplied for ten Euros. Staff were excellent and I used the storage facility on the last day, as I roamed the City, bag-free! Perfectly located near the Guard de Nord, with numerous small convenience store, restaurants and cafes a few minutes away. If you are feeling up to it, the Sacre Coeur is about a 25 minute walk away and the River Seine, not too much further. Very clean throughout, and overall a pleasant stay.

All good, although some guests might prefer a wardrobe, as opposed to a pegged wall. Not a problem for me, as it maximises space.

I asked for a room not facing the street, which didn't get much natural light but it was quiet and comfortable. Nice wooden floors almost throughout the facilities. Comfortable bed and shower and the location is great when coming/going from Gare du Nord. Would stay again!

The breakfast didn't have many options, especially not for vegans. But it was a typical French breakfast and reasonably priced.

The locations is great for the Eurostar station only a few minutes walk which is perfect if you have a late night or early train to catch. the staff are friendly and helpful and we’re kind enough to hold my bag whilst I went out for the day.. I had a double room so was big enough for myself - air conditioning was fabulous & worked perfectly, lift was working for me to get to third floor..

Take some ear plugs for night as the doors were banging from other rooms.. it would be worth noting when you stay here to make it pleasant for other guests to just hold the door as it closes so it doesn’t bang :) ..

We stayed at a suite and it was gorgeous, also very spacious. Comfy bed! The hotel was 2 min walking from Gare du Nord, which was super practical as we travelled with Eurostars.

Unfortunately the smell from the restaurants next to the hotel building filtrated through the stairs and hall spaces and tiny lift if I had to say something.

The hotel is perfectly located close to the Gare du Nord and in walking distance to cafés and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and the interior is absolutely lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and I enjoyed the view out of my window. Once the windows are closed the noise from the train station is significantly reduced. It was the ideal place to stay for a two day visit and gave me the Parisian "feel". I booked very last minute and this was a great option if you prefer boutique hotels over large chains.

The price was a little higher than the average rate, but I assume this is due to me booking just a few days in advance. I would love to have a kettle in the room for some tea options in the morning. The safe box was also placed so high on the shelf, I could not reach it.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet despite being in a central location. I felt very safe here, which is a priority as I was travelling alone. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help when I encountered a difficulty with the metro. Overall, I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The only glitch was the lift was out of order when I arrived, but the concierge carried my luggage up the stairs (two flights!) with a smile.

Communicate with Joana was fantastic! She was very accommodating to everything we needed. Very quick to respond to any message we sent reading our stay! The room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. It had everything we need during our stay!

I don’t think our room had air conditioning. However there was plenty of windows to open a fan on the cupboard.

Staff were very kind and fitted us in last minute after another hotel let us down. Pleasant bar/lounge area on the ground floor. Rooms were small but warm and well equipped. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, good shower. It was quiet. Very close to Gare du Nord.

Some carpet or a rug on the floor would have made the rooms nicer.

The staff are amazing and very professional and friendly. spoke perfect English and were very helpful with all our needs and questions.

Room was too warm at night and opening a window was too noisy being so close to the train station
